I've had my eye on this (and the other Tantus Handle toys...who am I kidding, every Tantus toy) for a while, so when Eden was having a silicone sale I snatched it up!

Being a Tantus toy, the Echo does not disappoint in the quality department. Made of their wonderful silicone, this toy has a beautiful silky finish that does have a bit of drag to it, but a little lube takes care of that. Also, the finish of the silicone is different on the insertable section of the toy and the handle, which is noticeably matte. This makes the handle easy to grip even if lube gets on it.

The handle is absolutely genius. Instead of awkwardly contorting your hand to a sort of claw shape to get a tentative grip, there's a base you can hold to handle comfortably in your hand. It's wonderful solo and would be great to use with a partner.

The Echo is available in Strawberry or Midnight Purple. I chose the Midnight Purple option, the same color I have the Acute in. Like my Acute it has the same pretty swirl effect to it. I only wish this was available in the same copper Tantus offers the original Echo in, for those who want something a little different or less "girlie".



The texture of this toy is wonderful. It's silky smooth with four peaks and valleys that mimic the feeling of the prominent head and provide great stimulation. I consider it to be fairly wide, especially the head, so if girth isn't your thing then you might want to keep looking around.



I haven't used this toy anally but I don't see any reason it couldn't be used as an anal toy. The handle should prevent you from using it and even if it does go in past the handle, there is a flared base at the bottom that should prevent any embarrassing ER visits.

The toy's dimensions (by my measure) are:

This isn't really a bendy toy, if I try I can make it bend, but it's not at all flimsy. The most flexible part is the last valley, which is where it's pretty easy to bend the handle up. I really like this feature, since it makes holding the handle during use even easier. The Echo's rigidness is one of my favorite things about it, as it makes this a great toy for thrusting.

Being 100% silicone, the Echo can be sterilized if you plan on switching orifices or sharing it. As with other silicone toys, it can be sterilized with a 10% bleach solution, running it through the top rack of the dishwasher, or boiling it in a pot of water. For day to day cleaning, I use soap and water or toy wipes.

Remember that silicone toys and silicone lubes don't mix! When in doubt, go for a water based lube.

This toy is fabulous! I bought it because I was looking for something with some girth and texture and it did not disappoint. At first it seemed enormous, but with a little warm up and lube every thing went smoothly. As an introduction to texture it's wonderful; not overwhelming or distracting from the experience at all.

I love this toy and would recommend it to almost anyone, size queens, g-spotters, people looking for something a little different, the Echo is sure to please.

Without a doubt, my favorite dildo in my collection. The Echo does take a bit of warming up to, but it is so worth it.
