More than Pretty in Pink

Glass dildos are addictive. Not only are they pleasurable, durable, hygienic, etc... but there are so many beautiful ones out there and you may wind up cheating on your Rainbow Swirl.

I found my Rainbow Swirl Dildo at a local shop in Honolulu. They don't have many stores, or get many glass toys, but at least you can find Don Wand products sometimes. Don Wand products are made of borscilate glass. This is a glass that is commonly called Pyrex. It's the grade of glass that beakers and other lab equipment are made out of, when they need to be subjected to extreme heat (open flames in many cases) and not break, burst or change the chemical properties of what's inside the beaker. Pyrex is a very inert material. It will not cause any allergic reactions to the user, it is easy to sterilize, and will never decompose. It is very strong, but it can be broken if you drop it on the floor. Being a woman of science (and a collector of dildos), my favorite non strap-ons are glass.

The Rainbow Swirl is a candy pink clear dildo, with gorgeous raised cobalt bumpies that are made to stimulate the vaginal opening; the area of the vagina where most of the nerves are located. There are yellow and turquoise raised swirls on the upper portion of the dildo for heightened sensation.

The Rainbow Swirl can stand up on its own. It has a solid base, and it’s a well balanced dildo; and a heavy substantial one at that. Because of the base and the material it was constructed with, it is able to be used vaginally or anally. If you go both ways, boil it first or put it in the dishwasher if you've got one.

The Rainbow Swirl stands erect at seven and a quarter inches, and has a filling circumference of four and a quarter inches. That means it's about an inch and a half thick. Most of it is insertable; six and three quarters inches of it. It comes with its own padded velour drawstring bag (its like synthetic velvet), and a sample of Wet lube. On my glass dildos I really like to use silicone based lubes since they last and last and last. (They can be used anally as well). It also makes for a smoother experience. Too much friction without lube is not only irritating, it can cause micro tears in the vaginal or anal walls.
Experience
Store the Rainbow Swirl in its pouch. If you collect glass dildos and have a bunch of them rolling around in a drawer, one can possible chip or scratch the other. Never use a glass toy with a scratch or chip because of the risk of cutting yourself.
Follow-up commentary
I found the Rainbowl Swirl is one of the better G-spotters that I've tried. It has a nice heft to it, the veins and nubbies did not irritate my vaginal walls, and its one of the thicker glass products I've used. I really like the way it heats up in my body, and I enjoy a silicone lube with my glass products. The Rainbow swirl can also be used anally because of the base, I have not tried this because it’s a bit "thick" for me.

I'm not a baker, so I've done little more than microwave something in Pyrex. I did however spend years taking college chemistry courses, so I am more familiar with Borosilicate beakers and Erlenmeyer flasks going directly over an open flame. Borosilicate glass is a very fine glass, pure, and sturdy. You can be assured dildos and butt plugs made from this material will not break inside the body (unless you cracked it severely against a hard object).

I like the fact that I can boil the Rainbow Swirl, use it on a partner, and not have to worry about spreading bacteria due to inadequate cleaning, porosity, or decomposition of the material the dildo was made with. Same issue for me; health is the utmost consideration I think of when I purchase a toy... and then comes form and function. It passed all these tests with flying colors, and I get great G-spot orgasms from it, so its a big winner.

I didn't know about pyrex being used scientifically. I would have mentioned the bakeware.

you didn't once mention how well this worked for you, however.
