Marvelous Pegging Dildo For Beginners

This non-intimidating dildo is incredibly high-quality and really one of a kind. It's a must-have for those looking to peg their boyfriends, lesbians with a preference for non-phallic dildos, or those playing solo with their backdoors. It even passed the silicone lube test! This is a great toy for anyone with a harness or an interest in anal play.

Use

For those stepping up from the teeny tiny first anal dildos to the next level, for those boys who love being pegged but don't like something that looks like a cock, there's the Toy Five small by Wet For Her. It's a wonderfully sized toy for those graduating to bigger and better things, or could even be a starter dildo for boys who've played around quite a bit with their back ends. It can be used as a dildo or a butt plug.

A sleek and simple design, the toy is only phallic due to its length and width, not because it features any sort of coronal ridge, veins, hairy balls or the like. The flared base makes it safe for solo anal use and perfect for use in a harness.

The pure silicone used here stands up to even silicone lubes, can be cleaned very easily, and will last a lifetime. Also, because it's silicone, it's waterproof, so showertime just got a whole lot more fun. You can also heat the toy up or chill it for a new sensation during playtime.

I don't recommend this toy for those timid about starting anal, as it's a bit too big for newbies. Lesbians into smaller things in their holes will find this to be perfect for vaginal penetration in use with a harness, too. There's something to love here for just about everyone.

Material / Texture

The premium silicone used here is pretty wonderful, as is all silicone I've encountered, honestly. In line with all silicone, this is odorless, tasteless, waterproof, and can be cleaned via dishwasher, 10% bleach solution soak or boiling. Unlike some silicones, this actually passed the silicone lube test. This means it's most likely platinum-cured silicone, and you can use any lube you wish with it without worrying it's going to melt all over you.

A few other notable characteristics of silicone can be discovered by viewing Eden's own ToyTimeTim in his quest to destroy silicone toys. Check out his videos and see how silicone stands up to fire, beatings and crushing here.

The silicone that Wet For Her has used here carries a smooth matte texture. It is soft to run the finger across, and slicks up easily with lube. It has a slight drag to it and does collect a bit of dust. The solid black toy also mars fairly easily, and even fingerprints show as dust-like spots. Check out the care/maintenance section for tips on keeping your toy looking its best.

The firmness of the silicone here is quite impressive. On a scale of 1 - 10, with 10 being the hardest silicone I've ever felt, this is an 8. It has a slight give until one presses til about 1cm deep, then the toy resists pressure. This is great for use in a harness, because the toy stands up on its own, imitating an erection and maintaining its shape for use in vigorous thrusting.

Design / Shape / Size

A very slight bend halfway up the shaft aids in P- or G-spotting, which is vital in any insertable toy, in my humble opinion. Why stick something in you if it can't get your sweet spot? Honestly.

The toy is as non-phallic as they come, which is the aim of Wet For Her, whose products are created mainly for lesbian couples. Some folks may find the shape a turn-off, and my boy certainly did. Bless his sexy little heart, he was asking for 'something that looks like a dick instead of some abstract shape.' Alas, this girl is half-lesbian, and anything that isn't a dick and looks like one is a turn-off to me.

Toy Five small is on the smaller side of 'average' as far as penises go. With a mere 4.75 insertable inches and a diameter of one full inch, it's pretty small, but could still seem large to a new, tight little bum. I recommend starting out with something even smaller, like the Small Silk dildo by Tantus, linked below in the Experience section.

The base of this toy is perfect for solo anal play - it's wide enough that the toy will never get sucked up into your ass. It's also wonderful for harness play. The base is flat to allow for easier wear in a harness, and is O-ring compatible. It does not feature a suction-cup.

A very thin seam is visible on the toy, but not felt at all on the shaft. The underside of the base does feature the same seam, slightly more raised. This seam is noticeable, but will not be felt in use due to its location.

Performance

In a harness this is great - the shaft doesn't flare as it nears the base, so a small sized O-ring will fit fine over it and secure it without much wobbling in the harness. As mentioned before, the flat base allows for more comfort during wear.

The firmness of this dildo allow it to hold its 'erection' even during vigorous thrusting. It will bend, but only slightly and with a fair amount of pressure. It's not as hard as a real penis by any means. It may be half as hard as a fully-erect cock.

Care and Maintenance

After any anal use of a toy I like to do a thorough cleaning. This means first rinsing it off in the sink, then squirting soap on it and lathering it up. A quick rinse, then I throw it in boiling water for about ten minutes. I let it air-dry for a short period of time, then wrap it in tissue paper to keep the dust from collecting, throw it in a bag or loose in a toy box.

You can also put this in the top rack of your dishwasher. Silicone has an extremely high melting point, as you'll see from any of ToyTimeTim's silicone tests, linked above. So don't worry about the heat getting to your toy! He can handle it.

Silicone will last forever. So your toy is literally going to outlive you. Don't you feel proud of your investment? You smart thing, you.

Packaging

The packaging is kind of lacking. It's modern enough, attractive enough, sure. But it's certainly not discreet, as the sexually-explicit company name is scrawled across it, and a clear window allows the toy to be seen. Furthermore, the box is constructed in such a way that the flimsy plastic screen over the viewing window can be dislodged during shipping, exposing the dust-collector to the elements.

No instructions for use or care are included with the toy. The box does outline the company's mission statement, stating its purpose to be for lesbian couples looking for non-phallic toys.

Personal comments

Wet For Her is a self-proclaimed queer company based in Paris. Their products are designed by women for women, and focus on non-phallic toys for lesbian, bisexual and queer couples. Each toy is designed in Paris and made in China.

Experience

Small Silk dildo by Tantus

I started out with the Small Silk dildo by Tantus in black. It was a bit too flimsy to make for good harness play, but for introducing a timid butthole to objects being inserted into it, it was perfect. As far as what Eden currently offers, this is the best option for beginners to anal. The next step is to try the Toy Five. It is made in small and medium. Once you've had your fun with the small, you can graduate to the medium for extra sensations and deeper sexploration.

You can also start out with the medium if you're looking for a more standard-sized toy for vaginal penetration.

Showing the difference in size between the small and medium

For anal play, however, I recommend first starting out with fingers. It's very important to use ALOT of lube, reapply it often, and go very slow. The receiver needs to be already very turned on and relaxed. Cleaning up before hand is a good idea, to ensure confidence in both parties.

Use a silicone lube for slicker, longer-lasting lubrication. Coat the fingers and apply some directly to the bumhole. Go slow, slow and slower! Go as slow as you can stand, and make small circles around the outside of the bum for a while, relaxing the sphincter in preparation for penetration. A small vibrator on the hole can help relax it too. Some people really enjoy vibrators back there too! My boy does, for sure.

A vibrating cock ring can provide nearly the same effect as a bullet vibe applied to the anus. If the cock ring is stretched to encircle the balls as well, it will send vibrations near the bum, helping your boy to relax.

Never get impatient and always check in with your partner. Watch their face for signs of pain - they may have a hard time telling you to stop, even if you are actually hurting them. Anal play can certainly be painful when first starting out, and it's best to communicate as much as possible.

Have fun!
