Classy. Gorgeous. Romantic. These are just a few words to describe the wonder that is Pink Swirl G. Pink is a g-spot dildo made of firm, high quality borosilicate (Pyrex) glass. It is primarily for vaginal stimulation, but can be used to tantalize any surface of the body. Borosilicate glass is extremely firm and excellent for intense pressure, but please use caution when thrusting so as not to bruise your cervix. Glass is a great medium for temperature play; you can heat/cool it off under warm/cold water and experiment to whatever "degree" you like. I do not recommend inserting Pink into your rectum, as it does not have a flared base and thus not safe for anal play. All in all, Pink is a great everyday dildo suitable for beginners and those who are more experienced.
Actual toy is pinker, this picture just doesn't really show it well. Compared to Ella:
Pink is made from borosilicate glass, which is the same thing as your Pyrex glass bowls and dishes in your kitchen. It has a safety rating of 10 on Eden. Pyrex glass is great because if it does break, it will not shatter into a million tiny pieces, but will instead break into big chunks that can easily be cleaned up. Never use a glass toy that has been broken or chipped. There is no odor or taste to glass.
Glass is a wonderful tool for pressure and will provide firm and intense stimulation. Pink is textured with swirls that surround the length of its shaft which add extra stimulation to the vaginal walls. It is also a very heavy dildo, weighing in at 11 oz, which can make thrusting a bit tiring.
Pink has a very elegant and beautiful design. It is a g-spot dildo, so it has a slight curve to it. This curve is not extremely defined, so it may not be compatible with everyone's g-spot. Pink is double-ended, meaning you can use either end for penetration. Each end has it's own unique shape and advantages. One end is rounded, like a marble, and the other end is more triangular/phallic. Dimensions are as follows:
As noted previously, Pink's swirls around the shaft provide extra lovin' to your vagina.
This toy is absolutely gorgeous. I may be stressing this a lot because it is my first glass toy, but it really is breathtaking. The light pink color is just the perfect shade, and I love the translucency. I actually get sad when I have to put Pink away in its bag. I'd rather leave it out just so I could stare at how pretty it is.
For me, this toy performed wonderfully. The first time I used it I was in the bath with my significant other. Pink had gotten all warmed up from the heat of the water and was ready to go. Since this toy is made of glass it doesn't require much lubrication, if any. Pink slid right in! The swirls were a new experience for me and I found them to be a very welcoming addition.
This first time I was using the phallic end internally. I found it to be very stimulating on my g-spot and the pressure was great. I like how both ends have some sort of knob on them, it was very helpful to have something I can easily hold onto while thrusting. I did find it to be a little tiring to thrust due to the glass being heavy. It was also a little difficult to keep the curved end up on my g-spot because Pink kept rotating inside of me. Pink's length worked for me, but if your g-spot is deep inside it might be hard to reach your g-spot and keep a firm grip on the end.
With the pressure on my g-spot and my S.O. rubbing my clit I was able to cum in a few minutes. It worked great!
Glass is a breeze to care for and there are several methods: wash with soap and water, wipe down with a toy wipe, boil for 3-5 minutes, place in the top rack of your dishwasher with no soap, or wipe down with a 10% bleach solution. Glass is also compatible with water, silicone, and oil based lubes. Make sure you wash your toy before and after each use.
Pink came with a red velvet drawstring bag for storage. I don't think these bags are always the same color because one other reviewer mentioned a padded purple bag. The bag I received was not padded, and quite frankly is not very nice. It does not close all the way and although others may not agree, I don't really feel like it matched.
Take caution when traveling; make sure Pink is wrapped up safely so it does not break.
There wasn't really any packaging. The bag was sitting inside the EdenFantasys box, unwrapped. I opened it up and Pink was inside wrapped in bubble wrap. That was all the packaging there was. I thought it would have been nice for such a lovely toy to come in some nice packaging, but then again, less packaging means less wasted paper products.
This was my first glass toy and I am very impressed. The con that it rotates in your vagina isn't particular to the actual toy, but rather just normal for this type of toy. Even though I didn't like the bag I still feel like the toy itself is outstanding and that is why I still gave it 5 stars.
I've used Pink inserting both ends and I didn't notice much of a difference. Both performed well for me and the curve is the same for each end. I also found that both ends are equally easy to hold onto.
Follow-up commentaryI still like it3 months after original review
I am still loving my Pink swirl G! It is in excellent shape, and still seems brand new. I have really gotten some good G-spot use out of it, and I find that I can really vary the pressure with it to get exactly what I need. I would still highly recommend.
