"Lord take me down town, I'm just lookin for a Cush"
The Tantus O2 Cush has some much going for it, dual layers of density for a realistic feel, two Glans like ridges, a firm base for easy gripping or harness use and the size/girth to satisfy size kings and queens. When you add in the beautiful pastel coloring you get a wonderful mix of form and function that you have to see and feel to believe.

Pros
Dual density, Second ridge, Color, Firm base.
Cons
Could use some curve.
Oh Tantus, you sure know how to make'em, not many companies can match the detail, material and function of your toys. The O2 Cush is no exception. I have about 10 or so dildos from Tantus, each new one I get reaffirms my love for Tantus. Never have I had to trim a seam, that right there means so much to me. It tells me they put a lot of effort into making high quality toys. Every single one of them does what it was designed to do and more. Never once has my asspussy complained.
Cush is part of the O2 line of silicone that Tantus makes, this is a dual density silicone where you get one hard and one soft layer. The inner core is firm, much like Happy Valley silicone (one of the firmest silicone's I have used); this is the blue color (You can also get pink or purple). The core makes up the base and most of the shaft. Having not had the pleasure of using a harness, I can only assume this would make it very stable for use in one. I can tell you that it is great for controlling the toy as you can direct the toy at any angle and you will have no problems with insertion. It also makes it safe for anal use.
On top of the core, seamlessly molded into it is the second softer layer. This feels a lot like most of the skin like materials such as SuperSkin or PleasureSkin without all the safety issues. No my friends, this layer is still silicone through and through, just way softer than most you will find. This layer is about 3/16-1/4" thick in some places and less in others, basically where you see the darker color the second layer is thinner. At first looking at it I thought maybe the mold was a little off set, but I believe this is intentional because it allows the ridges to be felt more so during use. Comparing it to my own cock the Cush has just a little bit less cushion on the shaft and a little more on the head in general. There is about half an inch of the second layer at the tip; I would bet that most vaginas will appreciate the extra cushion at the top to protect the delicate cervix. It is in this layer that the Glans and second Corona are formed.
Cush comes in at 7" long with all but 1/4" of that being insertable. He is 1 3/4" in diameter (5 1/2" circumference) at the Glans and Corona but due to the softness of the outer layer it feel more like 1 5/8" (Size of the shaft) during use. Don't worry though; you will still feel every ridge as you thrust in and out.
O2 Silicone is just like any other silicone as far as cleaning, all the methods still apply. Boiling, 10% bleach solution, anti-bacterial soap and water and top rack of the dishwasher (no soap) all work to keep it clean. Use of water or oil based lubes is fine, just stay away from silicone lubes as they will attach to the material and make it a gummy mess. I tried both types of silicone lube I have, Better Sex Essentials and System JO, and both had reactions to the O2.
One slight difference is in storage, I have heard that the second layer can get dents while being stored lying on its side or on other toys. I have not had this problem though, might be because I store it in the original package. Still, better safe than sorry, eh? Another concern would be the softness of the outer layer, while silicone is super strong it will be easier to tear or puncture it. Not that will always totally ruin the toy but it will make it a bit harder to clean.
If you look on the product page you will see the packaging that Tantus sends most of their toys out in. Inside the clear box is a clam shell of plastic that holds your Cush. Like with most of my Tantus toys, I use this for storage. It is form fitted to the toy so you will not have to worry about the aforementioned dents and it will help to keep the dust and hairs from attaching themselves to your toy. Sorry, O2 silicone is just like any other silicone, a magnet for hairs and dust bunnies. Good thing a quick rinse will clean it quick.
Speaking of rinsing, try this with your new toy. Let it sit in the warm water for awhile. The core will hold temperatures for a little bit, maybe not like glass or stainless but you can still have some different sensations.

Experience
I only have one small complaint about the Cush; I wish it had a bit more of a P/G-spot curve to it. The ridges do stimulate my P-spot during use but I have to angle it more than is always comfortable. Still, this is a solid five star dildo. The softness of the outer layer is just awesome for longer use and never becomes irritating. The length is just perfect; I can ride it in a cowboy position or sit on it and just do pelvic thrusts. With it fully inserted the second ridge just hits the P-spot with gentle stimulation and gives a wonderful "Full" feeling as well.
Comparing the O2 silicone to the VixSkin version of dual core (Randy), the Cush is better in some ways and not as good in others. The good has to do with feeling the texture of the toy. I better feel the ridges of the Cush and thus they stimulate better. This is due to the second layer being offset to the core. The Randy has a more uniform layer of softness, so in hand, it feels more realistic. So if I had to pick one as the best, I would pick the O2 over the VixSkin, mostly because it provides better stimulation. Of course to truly compare the two materials, I would have to have the same dildo molded out of the two materials. If that were the case, I am betting the VixSkin would win out. VixSkin is softer to the touch and thus would feel more realistic.
I would like to thank a good friend for getting me this toy. Out of the blue they asked what toy I wanted to try, sly little devil that they are it was sent to me from my wish list. What a good friend, eh? Thanks for the gift and the pleasure it brings to my asspussy.
