Johnny VixSkin can be used many ways, vaginally or anally (it has a flared base with balls.) I primarily use it anally as that's the reason that I got it to review, but I have also used it vaginally and wasn't as impressed with it. I really like this dildo anally because it's VixSkin, and thus is a little softer than just straight silicone.

I believe that this can be used with a strap-on, but I don't have a strap-on, so I'm not 100% sure. It may not work because of the balls and the girth of the toy.

There's no hollow area to fit a vibrator, so that was a bit of a let down for me.

I wouldn't consider this travel friendly because it's pretty big and the box it comes with is big as well. So, it's not as travel friendly as other toys, but you could travel with it if you really wanted to.

This toy is made from VixSkin which is very similar to silicone, but significantly softer; closer to the texture of cyberskin. VixSkin is nonporous and very easy to clean. I would recommend this toy for intermediate users since it is big, but also has very soft material. It's definitely a tier between a larger silicone dildo by less than 2", and a medium silicone dildo by more than 2". As a new user to Vixskin, I find that it tends to be sticky after washing. I've also never used anything made with cyberskin, so I'm not sure how it compares there.

Johnny is 7" long with 6 1/4" of insertable length, and 1 7/8" in diameter. I would recommend this toy for people with more experience because it's not small by any means, and it also weighs in at a pound. So, for anyone that has trouble with heavier toys, I wouldn't recommend Johnny. Johnny is a dual density dildo with a firm inner core and softer vixskin surrounding the inner core.

There's a lot of detail put into this toy. Subtle veins throughout the shaft, wrinkling on the balls, immense detailing on the head. It's very detailed, and Vixen really does an excellent job of making this dildo as realistic looking as possible. The balls are more of a hard silicone than the rest of the toy, so they don't feel as realistic as the rest of the toy, but this allows you to set the toy down and not have it flop over. Side note: I never really feel any of the veins when it's inside me.

Johnny has a slight curve, but it's not too pronounced. It would be perfect to me if it were a little more curved for the g-spot (though, I don't use it vaginally, so, moot point?)

There's a lot of pros to using Johnny anally, and I really like that the toy is softer than a normal silicone dildo. Johnny overall just feels really awesome without feeling too big because it's a softer material. Johnny is super bendy and is very comfortable while inserted, unlike a firmer silicone dildo. It definitely moves with you rather than requiring you to change your positioning.

That being said, I really wish there were more options for a toy like this, such as a small hollow for a vibrator (maybe a small hollow -- but that would defeat the purpose of an inner core.) Sometimes I find that the head makes insertion difficult because it's so squishy, and the dildo bends really easily to begin with, plus it requires a bunch of lube. It can be frustrating.

Johnny is made of Vixskin which can be cleaned with antibacterial soap, toy cleaner, or even a toy wipe. If you plan on using this in multiple orifices or sharing between partners, you should sanitize it by putting it in the top rack of the dishwasher, wash with a 10% bleach solution, or boil it for 3 minutes.

You should only use water-based lubes with silicone toys. I really like using Maximus with this toy; it's super awesome for anal.

Also, this toy gets kind of a sticky feeling after being cleaned with soap and water, but I don't worry too much about it because I store it in the clam shell box it came with. But, be warned that it picks up lint really easily and you should store it in a ziploc or the clam shell it came with to prevent this.
