The Softee Ballsy Cock is a soft, fexible, dildo suitable for oral, vaginal, or anal penetration (use a condom if you use this toy anally!). For "real" play, we used this toy with the New Comers strap-on harness, which has a ring diameter of 1 1/2--the softness of the Softee allowed me to squeeze it in, though it was a tight fit. It seemed to work great for oral, besides the taste mentioned before. Anally, it worked a lot better than the dildo from my New Comers strap-on kit, even though it's got the same insertable length.
