Heavy and Awkward, to Say the Least.
The Feeldoe Slim is a thinner version of the original Feeldoe, which in essence is a "strap-on without the strap". While in theory the idea is great for providing stimulation for both parties during use, in practice it doesn't really work. You're better off buying a traditional strap-on, or using this toy as a dildo instead of trying to "wear" it.

Pros
Made from silicone, easy to clean, waterproof without the bullet.
Cons
Heavy, awkward to use, expensive.
My ex partner and I bought this after a failed attempt at using the regular Feeldoe (regular Feeldoe review shown here). Our intended purposes for using the toy was anal, but it could also be used vaginally for girl-girl play, or simply as a uniquely shaped dildo. This version of the Feeldoe did live up to its name by being much slimmer than its counterpart. However it still had some of the same problems which made using and enjoying it difficult.
The Feeldoe slim is made of 100% somewhat flexible silicone, and is made to function as a "strapless strap-on". The toy does bend somewhat but it is mostly stiff and will hold its shape well. The short bulb end of the dildo is placed inside the vagina and held there by the vaginal muscles during use. This aspect of the toy didn't work for me at all because the toy was too heavy and kept slipping out. Even when using my hand under the toy to "hold it in place" and prevent it from slipping out, the toy hung at a low angle that made actually using it nearly impossible. Also, the bullet that was included to be inserted into the toy did nothing for me as far as stimulation went, and my partner didn't like it either. Not to mention how hard it is to get the bullet out of the toy for cleaning (a drop of lube in the hole before inserting the bullet helps make this easier though). On the bright side, with the bullet removed the toy is waterproof. The 3 small "nubs" or "bumps" at the base of the toy also provided no stimulation for me during use.
In the end, we gave up with me trying to wear the toy and instead I held it in my hand and used it like a anal dildo on my partner. The bulb "handle" looks like it would prevent the toy from getting "lost" during anal if anyone was actually able to get the whole thing inside. As far as the feeling went, my partner didn't really like this toy, and we wound up only using it once or twice on him. We mostly used it as a dildo for me, and while it was a fun change of pace, I preferred the "real thing" over the toy any day.

Follow-up commentary

I still hate this toy. Every time I even think of getting it out of the toy box to use as a regular dildo, I always pass it up and pick something else.

AFAIK, the concept of the Feeldoe originally wasn't really meant for anal. It's just too difficult; it was my first attempt at pegging, too, and a resounding disaster.
