Gorgeous and Understated, Great Pleasure in a Tiny Package
The Sensations, Omega is a toy that is subtle and moderate in its proportions without skimping out on design, sensations and beauty. As long as you're not a Size-Queen or very fond of really strong vibrations, this is a toy that won't disappoint.

Pros
Really pretty, soft, well-designed, great stimulation when thrusting and with an easy to grab base.
Cons
Lint-magnet, not very strong vibrations, not for Size Queens.
The Elements, Omega is a lovely dildo and vaginal massager.
I got the Pearl Pink one, and when I received it my first impression was, "well, aren’t you a cute one?" The toy is soft silicone without any visible casting lines and the shape ripples and curves in a way that promises delightful bedroom times to come. The pearlescent pink material shimmers and shines subtly under the light. This toy is so pretty it’s almost a shame it has to be hidden from sight when being used.
Now, I know this is a smallish toy and there have been complaints that it doesn’t fill you properly and that the ridges are not pronounced enough to provide satisfactory g-spot stimulation, but it my case, that is a huge plus.
You see, I’m an unfortunate sufferer of dyspareunia and vaginismus; this means that anything bigger than a finger or two makes penetration very difficult and extremely painful, no matter how much I warm up beforehand and how much lube I use.
These days, it’s hard to find a vaginal toy that is small enough to not cause me pain but well made enough that it will make it worth my time. The Omega was an unexpected blessing.
Once slicked up with a suitable water-based lube (silicone lubes would damage the material and oil-based lubes are not advised for vaginal use) I found it very easy to insert and use. It has a very wide base with an elevated point and slightly ribbed ridges for clitoral stimulation or to use as a convenient handle to grab while thrusting.
It’s not a big toy, and the material is so soft that it doesn’t apply much pressure to your g-spot, but the waves and ridges feel absolutely divine while thrusting. The dildo is so slender and the material so soft and supple that I didn’t feel any pain at all even when going fast, something that I don’t get to experience often due to my condition.
The Omega comes with a tiny but powerful one-touch vibe that fits at the bottom and can be easily removed when it’s time to clean your toy (with warm water and soap, bleaching with a 10% bleach solution, boiling for a few minutes or having a run in your dishwasher machine in the top shelf with no soap).
Vibrations don’t really do much for me (I’m more a pressure and friction kind of gal), so I’m not a very good judge of how nice the vibrating bullet would be for people who appreciate them. I mostly use it without the bullet, but I did try it with the bullet once, just to check. The high-grade silicone this dildo is made of transmits the vibrations really well, and you can feel them all the way to the tip, if a bit dulled.
The bullet is surprisingly strong for its size, and not as noisy as others I’ve seen. The batteries that come with it last quite a while, too. I had it on for some time to check (while my cat watched in fascination the way it jumped around on my table) and the little thing didn’t show any signs of losing power or enthusiasm.
I can say, though, that the bullet can be a bit bothersome to turn on and off. The button seems to alternate between being so sensitive to touch it finds the way to turns itself off and on at inconvenient times and being overly stubborn and refusing to obey your command to cut it out or to get started with the vibrations already. Also, the fact that it sticks out of the bottom of the Omega means it’s a bit out of reach if you’re using it without a partner.
Others have said that it’s a bit hard to remove, but if you add a drop of lube before sticking it into your Omega it shouldn’t be too problematic. It would be worse if it kept falling out mid-action, so I think it’s nice that it fits snugly in.
In any case, these drawbacks do not bother me at all since I use the Omega without the vibe, so it doesn’t affect my opinion of it.
The only drawback of the toy itself is that the material seems to attract dust, lint and hair in a way that can be rather annoying, because it means that you will have to be very careful to wash it right before using it every time, even if it was perfectly clean five minutes before.
Despite its limitations, the Omega quickly become my favourite toy from the first time I used it, and I don’t see that changing anytime soon.

Follow-up commentary

This is still one of my favorite dildos. It's still lovely for when I want to have fun without spending over an hour on foreplay and stretching just to be able to fit an average-sized dildo, even with minimal lubrication.
It saddens me that the Elements: Omega was actually discontinued. If you're not a size queen, you actually don't have a lot to choose from in the dildo world, so losing this beautiful, modest, gentle toy was an awful thing for those like me.
Still, I'm comforted by the fact that this toy is a such high quality one that, with minimal care, it really may last me a lifetime of fun, fun times.
