Ah, the wonders of silicone. When I heard that my next sex toy for review was going to be from Tantus, I was very excited. Tantus is leading the industry in creating safe, quality, extremely do-able products, and their G-Spot toy is no exception. Made of hypoallergenic high quality silicone in pretty, pearly white, this adult toy comes equipped with a bullet vibe which fits neatly into the flared base. It has a large ridge midway through and a curved, bulbous head aimed at your g-spot. What does all that mean in practical terms, you ask? Allow me to describe it for you.
I love using silicone toys because they're non-porous and easy to clean. I didn't have to cover this toy with a condom, and instead I pulled out my water-based lube (I like Liquid Silk) and got everything nice and slippery. The shaft of the toy is about seven inches long, and since the average woman's G-spot is located two or three inches inside the vagina I was skeptical that this G-spotter would really hit mine. The smooth, slippery material slid easily into place, and I appreciated the girth of the toy - more than an inch and a half in diameter. The ridge on the shaft of the toy provides extra stimulation, and I love the feeling of the curve and the thick, round head, but it was definitely nowhere near my G-spot.
I flipped on the vibrator, and could feel the vibration strongly around the opening of my vagina (which, by the way, is packed with nerve endings). I couldn't feel it at all internally, which is typical for me - some women can't feel any vibration but the strongest internally, and some can feel it quite clearly. Some women who can feel internal vibration love it, and others find it grating. In any case, the Tantus G-Spot provides very gentle vibration.
I put two and two together when I wrapped my fingers around this toy, just above the flared base, and started to pull it out - and there it was. The curve in this sex toy allows it to hit the G-spot as it's pulled out. That works well enough for alone time, but combined with the flared base it makes this product perfect for use with a harness. I haven't had the opportunity to use it that way yet, but I can just imagine how good the in-and-out pressure against the G-spot would feel and how firmly the dildo would be held in place because of its wide flared base. If you're looking for a silicone G-spotter to go with your favorite harness, I would give this one a try.
A couple of final notes: bullet vibe batteries wear down pretty quickly, so stock up. Also, put a drop or two of (water-based!) lube on the bullet before sliding it into the toy. That way you can easily get it out later on when you want to wash the toy. And when it comes time to wash the toy, you can do it with warm water and soap - or, if you feel like being extra-hygienic, you can boil the toy for up to three minutes, or even just pop it in the dishwasher. See, didn't I tell you silicone was a wonderful thing?
