Fulfilling My Prescription of a Good Dicking.
Dr. Philgood is not a real doctor, he's not made of silicone, he is a little heavy, and causes issues with his Prince Albert, but he is still a great toy. His impressive size, massive balls, and feel will definitely have you coming back for more and have you wishing your actual doctor appointments were this pleasurable.

NOTE: This toy was used anally by a boy.
Dr. Philgood is a realistic dildo molded from rock star Phil Varone's actual penis, and comes with its very own Prince Albert piercing, as Phil has. The piecing can be used during use or removed beforehand, depending on personal preference. Although Dr. Philgood is unique he does come with his fair share of issues.
Packaging/Storage: Dr. Philgood comes in a plastic bag inside of a 10 1/2 by 4 1/2 inch box. The tab at the top, used to hold the box up in stores, states both the name of the toy and "Made in USA". The front has the California Exotic Novelties logo and a picture of a shirtless Phil Varone in leather clothing standing next to a picture of the huge toy. It states the toy is "an actual cast of Phil's massive cock with Prince Albert piercing". The box's right side states many things such as material, lube recommendation, etc. Among which it also mentions that it is not affiliated with Dr. Phil Mcgraw, which I got a laugh out of. It also has the words "dildo" and "realistic penis" listed in 6 different languages. The left side has the name and company logo again along with Phil's signature. Finally, the back (again) has the name, company logo, made in USA, and a picture of dildo. This time there is a description of it which tells its length, girth, and mentions the suction cup and removable piercing. Beneath this there is a picture of Phil Varone and a quick summary of who he is.
Looks: Dr. Philgood is an 9-inch dildo with a small head, removable "Prince Albert" piercing, powerful suction cup, and the biggest balls you've ever seen (12 inches in circumference)! 6 1/2 inches of the shaft are insertable, and the girth enlarges up to 7 inches at the widest point, just before the balls, in circumference. The dildo has very realistic quality, from the feel to the veins on the shaft and wrinkles on the balls and just beneath the small head. The huge balls easily make this safe for anal, and although the suction cup looks inadequate, it does a very good job of sticking.
Smell/Taste/Sound: Dr. Philgood has a smell to him, but it is not really bad or strong, however it is noticeable when you put him to your nose. I did not taste Dr. Philgood, unfortunately, due to the fact that I forgot to do so before using it. I refuse to taste a toy after it's been in me unless it can be 100% sterilized like silicone toys can. The Doctor was very discreet during his check-up and made no noise.
Material/Lube/Cleaning: This dildo is made of Phthalate Free PVC which gets an 8/10 on the safety scale, "does not require much maintenance", is water resistant, and "offers a long life cycle". Both silicone and water based lubes can be used with toys made of this material. As repeatedly stated, the dildo comes with a piercing that is made of Stainless Steel, which earns a 10/10 on the safety scale. Stainless Steel is compatible with silicone, oil and water based lubes, so whether you go with water or silicone based lubes to use with the toy, you don't need to worry. To clean the piercing, you can either boil it, or soak it "in a bleach and water solution". You may alternatively place it in a dishwasher, but considering the size of the piercing, it is best to avoid this option.
To clean the dildo itself, you just need to wash it with soap and water. You may also follow that up with toy cleaning spray if you'd like. If you decided to use the dildo without the piercing, you will also have to get rid of any lube stuck in the holes where the piercing goes. This can be done by squeezing up or down on the area where the holes are until you see lube come out. You should continue to do this until you no longer see lube coming out. I tried to wash the lube out, but the hole is too small and the lube is not so easy to wash out, so even if you clean the toy as a whole, check to make sure no lube is stuck in there.

Experience
Feel: Just a fair warning - this toy is absolutely NOT for beginners...that being said this thing feels great. I decided to try Dr. Philgood without the piercing first then attempt to use him piercing and all. The small head let me insert Dr. Philgood easily, but immediately after the head, his humongous girth became a challenge. I pulled him out multiple times, warmed myself up more, and lubed him up a lot to ensure no issues or pain. Once inserted, this big boy definitely fills me up and gives me all I can handle.
It felt okay in my usual position of lying on my side, but unfortunately his weight became an immediate problem. The lube made him very slippery and hard to grip, add this to the fact that his balls are huge and pull him down a lot and you can already guess that I dropped him quite a few times during use in this position. Although I was reluctant, I decided it would be best to try different positions with him, fortunately it didn't take long until I found one I loved. I tried doggie style, but that was actually a bit worse due to the weight. Then, I tried having it in me as if I was lying down on a person, and it was amazing. It felt great inside as I rode it, and got me even more turned on since when I felt the balls rubbing up against me as I moved down on it. It touched the right spots and I was amazed that it felt so much better in that position considering I tried the position with multiple other dildos and did not receive as much pleasure. Sadly, this one didn't make me cum through pure anal, however it was so good I went back almost immediately for seconds, which I usually don't do with dildos.
Piercing Issues: I decided after my second ride on the Doctor, to try it with the piercing. I put the piercing into the toy, lubed up again and tried to get it inside me without being too forceful to avoid any injury. Unfortunately, it just didn't want to go in. I felt that it definitely was possible to insert it, however, I also felt that if I did I would most definitely hurt myself in the process. I just decided to forget about it and I will more than likely not make an attempt at it again.
People should take note that when re-inserting the piercing to the toy, it must be done slowly and carefully. The piercing can poke out of the wrong area of the dildo causing a new hole, or even worse, quite possibly tearing the hole and making the dildo look terrible. Also, if the piercing is intended to be used during use, be absolutely sure to tighten it as tight as possible to prevent any bad problems from happening.

Follow-up commentary
1 month after original review
This is still an amazingly fantastic toy. The first time I used it, I went for round 2 soon after cumming, which I usually don't do with dildos. I've used it a few times since I got it, and I can't believe I actually considered not getting it at one point. My only issues with it are that it is too wide for quick penetration, it's not silicone, the piercing hole must be squeezed clean after every use and the piercing gets annoying to pull in and out.

Nice review. I don't think I'd like the piercing either.
