G spot dildo
by Happy Valley

Forget Your Troubles, C'mon, Get Happy (Valley)

This is a great dildo: it's sterilizable, fairly texture free, small enough to be easily managed, and vibrator-friendly. Some users will find it too small for their uses, but it was perfect for mine.

Pros
On the smaller side, silicone, will hit some g-spots, harness-compatible.
Cons
Too small for some, doesn't hit MY g-spot well, I hate Happy Valley bases.

Use

The Delight, by Happy Valley, is a vibrator-compatible dildo, meant for anal and vaginal use. The Delight is made of silicone, which makes it odorless, tasteless, and completely sanitizable (making it ideal for use with multiple partners or multiple orifices). Angled gently to stimulate the g-spot or p-spot, this is one toy you'll want to have with you at all times. And, as an added bonus, the base allows for harness use, for all your strap-on pleasures.

Material / Texture

The Delight is made of silicone, and, as I said earlier, has no taste or scent that would make it less than desirable for constant use. It's a fairly smooth silicone, though it does have a bit of drag to it, requiring extra lube. The texture also makes it a bit of a lint magnet, but doesn't make it difficult to insert. The silicone itself is fairly firm, but the toy itself can be bent over with applied pressure.

It is somewhat realistic--it definitely resembles a phallus, but it's not overtly cock-like, and does not feel like a penis during use.

Design / Shape / Size

Measuring in at 6.6" long, with an insertable length of 5.75", and a circumference of 4.6", this dildo works well for vaginal beginners, those who prefer smaller cocks, and for newcomers to anal play. I found it completely adequate, and didn't need it to be any larger than it was. It is o-ring compatible, so it can be used in most harnesses. I didn't love the base, because I didn't feel it was exceptionally stable in my harness (and I usually prefer a larger base), but I didn't have any difficulty using it for vaginal play.

The toy is straight, until about halfway up the toy, when it begins curving. The underside of the curve has several ribs on it, but they are far apart and aren't difficult to handle during use. The ribs were rather pleasurable during use, and I didn't find them to be too much during use. For me, they didn't add anything--but they didn't take anything away, either, and for someone who's not a fan of texture, that's enough.

I have the red version, and I was a bit disappointed with the colour. I was anticipating more swirling, but the only place there was the lovely marbling for which I'd been hoping were the ribs on the bottom; the rest of the toy was fairly solidly coloured.

Performance

One of the biggest boons to this toy is its ability to be really versatile: people who prefer larger, wider toys can use this as their warmup toy; people who are beginner or intermediate anal players can use it as their primary dildo; and people who prefer smaller dildos will find this to be a lovely primary vaginal toy.

This didn't stimulate my g-spot well, but it was long enough for me to feel the the motion during use. Those whose g-spots are more shallow will find this to be most appropriate, but those of us with g-spots that are in a different spot will still be able to enjoy it. I have no p-spot, but I would assume all of what I've said above for g-spot use would apply there, too.

The Delight comes with a small bullet vibrator that nestles into the base of the dildo, transmitting vibrations all through the toy (or to the wearer of the harness). The bullet is fairly strong, but it's a one-speed vibrator, so if you'd prefer to use another, most standard bullets will fit in there. I did find that the vibrator got stuck, and you can nestle it in with lubricant for easier removal, but I just stick something in and pry it out when it gets stuck.

Care and Maintenance

Being a silicone toy, you should skip the silicone based lubes for this one, and use water or oil based lubes. For daily cleaning, you can use antibacterial soap and water (but don't get the bullet vibrator wet, as it's not entirely waterproof). For sterilization, you can stick it in the top rack of your dishwasher, or boil it for a few minutes on the stove. It doesn't come with storage, so if you'd like a pouch for it, you'll need to purchase or make your own.

Packaging

It came in a simple plastic bag with the usual Happy Valley cardboard closer on the top. It's not wonderful for gifting, and it's entirely inadequate for storage, as it can't be sealed and is transparent. There were no instructions, but even the bullet is easy to operate without them.

Personal comments

The bullet's vibration is about a two, with a volume of 1, but as this is a review on the dildo, and the vibrator is mode of the icing on the metaphoric cake, I've left that off.
