For that price, it's worth it!
For the price, this is an interesting toy with a fun ejaculating feature that is definitely worth a try. Just beware the usage limitations due to the materials it is made from.

Pros
Inexpensive, unique function.
Cons
Difficult to clean, not the safest material, 1.75" diameter is a little bit on the large side.
In my quest to find a somewhat "interactive" sex toy, I came across the Squirty Peter Dinger from Doc Johnson. There are a number of "ejaculating" toys on the market, but I have seen disappointing reviews for most. Common complaints for this type of toy are that the “ejaculation” is too weak, the toy leaks and makes a mess, and the toy is difficult to clean. However, since this toy was so inexpensive, I decided to give it a try.
A note on materials: I obtained mine a while ago from a different retailer, and the packaging says: “All-new SIL-A-GEL formula, anti-bacterial, non-toxic formula, latex-free, cadmium free, odorless. PVC, made in the USA.” The Eden Fantasies website lists their model as made of rubber, and the Doc Johnson website lists it as “latex-free polymelt rubber.” Check out your packaging to see which version you receive, but in any case the Sil-A-Gel seems to have some anti-bacterial properties, but both materials should be washed with soap and water, and should not be transferred between people since they cannot be sterilized. Since the point of this toy is its ejaculating function, it is unlikely you’ll want to use a condom with it, so this is a one-person toy. As far as using it both vaginally and anally, since you can’t sterilize it, it is most safely used as a single-person, single orifice toy, unless used with condoms.
So how does the ejaculating function work? The toy consists of a squeeze bulb attached to a length of tubing that runs up along the shaft of the toy. At the tip of the dildo, there is an opening about one quarter inch wide. You fill the toy by submerging the head of the dildo into a liquid, and squeezing and releasing the bulb to draw the liquid into the toy. The volume of liquid needed to fill the toy is about a quarter cup, and with an assertive squeeze of the bulb you can eject most of that amount of liquid. The force depends on how hard you or a partner squeezes the bulb, but given the 1) volume, and 2) size of the opening the liquid comes out of, it is not very representative of an “average” real-life ejaculation in my experience (there is a greater volume and greater perceived force). However, this may be seen by many as a positive feature!
How does this toy perform in the areas where ejaculating toys are often criticized? Regarding “weak” force, the force is up to you with this toy. You could choose to make it as gentle as you want, up through squeezing as sharply as you can and releasing almost ¼ cup of liquid. As far as leaks – it’s not completely leak-proof, and if you tip it sideways it might drip a small amount, and if you turn it upside down some amount does leak out, but if you are careful it shouldn’t be a big problem. Finally, cleaning: for health and safety reasons, if you’re going to use it without a condom, it should be for one person, and used either vaginally or anally (or orally?), even if you clean it between sessions. There is a lot of potential for foreign matter to get inside the opening at the tip, so I’d recommended drawing soapy and then clear water into the chamber/tube after every use to clean it.
Overall, this toy isn’t made of premium materials, but for the price it’s a good buy to experience a unique sensation, even with the limitations.

Experience
When I first received the toy I was so excited to try it out that I quickly practiced filling it with water and then ejecting the liquid. As soon as I had it down, I filled it, added some water-based lube to the outside of the toy, and incorporated it into my masturbation routine. When I had it inserted and was about to climax, I squeezed the bulb and…freezing cold water! GAAAHHH! I definitely felt that, and it was quite a mood killer! Depending on how long it’s going to take you to get to the main event, you might want to fill it with (mildly) heated liquid, since a lot of the fluid is held outside of the shaft of the toy and has the opportunity to cool off quite a bit.
