Flow oh oh OH!
Wonderful toy that can be used anywhere with any lube. Flow can also be interchanged with other Alumina toys to create the ultimate toy!!

Pros
Beautiful color, great size, mix and match with other alumina toys.
Cons
not a thing
I was really excited to try a new type of toy. I have been looking at glass and metal toys for awhile and the beautiful purple of the Alumina collection was calling my name. I was really interested in the temperature play with this toy. The aluminum is supposed to hold temperatures very well, and indeed it does. I ran Flow under cold water and she stayed cool for about 5 minutes or so.. I can't say for sure, I was a little busy but I did TRY to watch the time.
Flow is 9 1/4 inches long and 4 3/4 inches in circumference at the largest part. She slowly decreases in circumference and is 1 7/8 inches at the smallest part. Flow, then bulges back up to a smaller circumference of 2 3/4 inches.
Flow is made of aeronautical grade aluminum and is cast in two separate pieces and then put together with a double sided screw and a rubber ring in the middle. The two pieces can be taken apart and and put seamlessly together with other toys in the alumina collection. When I ordered Flow I also ordered the revolve... I couldn't choose just one so I got both and I LOVE the mix and match feature. I have mixed the large portion of flow with the larger end of the revolve and created an amazing toy I just love.
To interchange two toys you simply turn to two part and unscrew them. Once they are totally apart you will have two ends and a rubber ring and the silver double ended screw will be sticking out of one side, just continue to unscrew it until it comes out and you will have all 4 pieces. Do the same with the other toy and then reassemble with the two ends that you want.
When I got Flow, I took her out of the box and the color is just beautiful and she has a nice matte finish, but when I got the revolve out of it's packaging it has a shiny, glossy finish. The EF website shows them both matte, but the Tantus website shows them both shiny. So I think they are changing from one finish to the other maybe, and I got one of each.
Although Flow is 9 1/4 inches long, from my experience with the hard material only about 4 1/2 inches or so is really being used at one time. I tend to use the larger side, leaving the smaller section to function perfectly as a handle (my husband finds that very convenient.)
Judging by the paperwork and the information on the Tantus website, the alumina collection is intended to be a vaginal or anal toy. Because there is no flared base you want to be sure to use a partner for anal play, but it's certainly fun to use a partner for vaginal use as well. The one thing I want to be sure to remind everyone is this toy is metal and don't have any give to it at all, and flow is a little bit pointy. So when using it alone or with a partner be sure to take it a little slow. If you go a little too far it is easy to poke yourself or your partner, so please be careful. Also be careful with temperatures as well, you can burn yourself and you don't want a frozen flow sticking to your skin.
Flow came in a slim black box with a sliver outline of the toy on the top of the box. Inside flow is incased in foam. I have been storing my alumina toys in the original packaging because it is such a small box, but If you own more of the toys from this collection and you want to store them while they have switched out parts, you should store it in a padded bag.
Flow can be cleaned with anti-bacterial soap or toy cleaner and rinsed with water. You can also boil in water or toss it in the the dishwasher as well.
Flow can be used with all types of lubricant.

Flow is a wonderful, beautiful toy that gets regular use around my house. She looks amazing and feels even better. The aluminum warmed up or cooled down gives a great sensation.

Thank you for viewing Alumina Flow – dildo sex toy review page!
I'm curious if you prefer Flow or Revolve. Do you?
I love them both, but I think I love flow just a little tiny bit more.
