First Lesbian Strapless Strap-on Experience
The Share double-ended dildo is the best first-timers choice in any category of a dildo either strapless or harness-based. The experienced toy buyer/user will still find this toy fun and adventurous.

Pros
Smooth texture, Very forgiving density
Cons
Weight, Risk of it being pulled out in certain positions
The Fun Factory Share has been my partner and I's first experience with a strapless strap-on toy. We both did research on several types and brands before finally choosing the Share. We decided on the Share because we were afraid that some of the other brands would have a greater chance of slipping out of the wearer. I bought the Share after using the Eden Fantasys "actual size" tool. This was able to show us exactly how big the bulb for the wearer was compared to other brands.
It came in the mail discreetly packaged and sooner than expected. I suggest keeping the box for storage of the toy. As the Share is made of silicone, it tends to pick up dust and lint very easily. Upon my first try, I found the bulb (wearer's) end to be a little intimidating. I was surprised at the weight and expected it to be lighter. After my first use of the Share, I realized that it was not the weight in general that was unexpected; it was the way the weight was distributed from the shape of the toy. In general, the flexibility was a medium, forgiving density without being overly floppy. Once lube was applied, I found it very easy and pleasurable to insert with a smooth and velvety texture. I highly suggest using a water-based lube since silicone can cause it to become sticky within minutes. After insertion, I enjoyed jacking myself off. I was able to easily achieve a g-spot orgasm from solo masturbation with the Share.
My partner was new to penetration and easily adjusted to the girth and depth. As with any toy, it took some time to figure out what positions and angles worked for us. The internal end for the person thrusting is able to give a feeling of response to help determine how deep and hard they use the Share. Within the first session, I was able to discover how to move my hips so that the bulb fully hit my g-spot. I did not find the toy was able to hit my clit due to my own anatomy. But, I am sure that it might for others. In addition to what the Share is advertised for, I found it a very powerful kegel exerciser.
With the Share,, I advise doggy style for a deeper penetration and easier control for the wearer. In this position, I was able to keep the bulb in easily and concentrate more on pleasure. The bulb inside has the potential to give both parties not only pleasure, but the ability to orgasm at the same time. While the Share is advertised as a strapless strap-on, it can become "slippery when wet". Luckily, it can be worn internally in addition to adding a harness. This gives the wearer more control without diminishing the reciprocated pleasure. There are more positions that require the help of a harness than ones that can actually be harness-free. At first, I was disappointed that the Share was not able to fully be enjoyed harness-free as advertised. I am excited that, by wearing a harness, it does not have to take away the pleasure for either party involved. If you are looking for hands-free positions, try doggy style, person on top/riding, or sitting facing each other.
It could be wise to have lube handy for re-applying in between positions or for long intimate encounters. This also depends on what type of lube you use. My partner and I finally found one that does not need re-applying when others we used did. I suggest a water based lube by WET. This toy is not very compatible with condoms which we tried for added texture. Due to the shape of the shaft on the Share, condoms are loose and not form fitting like they are with a realistic-looking dildo.
The most compatible and comfortable harness to wear with the Share would be the RodeOH or any other comparable underwear/brief. This is wonderful choice for people new to both penetration and harness play. But, if you are looking for a completely harness-free toy, I suggest looking into other brands. My partner and I are planning on buying the Share XL soon to see if the bulkier bulb makes that toy totally harness-free.

Follow-up commentary
8 months after original review
After having this toy for quite some time I am very pleased to say that I am more in love with it than I thought I would be. My partner and I have been lucky to try several other types of toys, yet we still return for this one time and again. It is very comfortable and easy to adjust on the fly. I have even learned how to properly use the Share in conjunction with my RodeOH harness. I suggest buying the Share for any couple that wants a mutual and close intimate sex life. My partner and I are looking forward to buying the Share XL next.

I've never had any success with the "strapless" strap-ons--I always have had to use them in a harness.

Thanks for the review, some measurements would have been helpful though, sometimes the product page itsn't accurate. Plus you deffinately don't want to use the silicone lube with any silicone toy because it was degrade the material and make it permenantly tacky and unsafe for use
