The best way to use this double ended toy is anal and vaginal at the same time. You can heat it up or cool it down. This toy is not for beginners. Be careful not to thrust into your body too hard and bruise your insides.
I use this solo to get used to the size. My husband has been excited to try it on me. You can put this in hot water and heat it up or ice to cool it down. The ridge along the anal end really adds to the pleasure.
