I've had this one for a while now and it's definitely a staple of my collection. This dildo from Don Wands is the sort of classic that everyone should have. It's the usual phallic shape, with a twist in the form of its blue swirl. It is made of Pyrex glass - which is, aside from pure silicone and perhaps pure stainless steel, the safest material on the market. This is the kind of toy you can bleach, boil, and COMPLETELY disinfect. Because of the somewhat simple design, this toy is versatile. It comes packaged with a nice padded storage bag, which is actually of decent quality.

USE: I'd suggest this to anyone who likes insertion. The only caveat I'll put down is that the head is 1 1/2" at its widest, which may be too much for some. As you may know: the harder the material, the wider it feels. The swirls aren't so textured that they feel painful for anyone who doesn't like texture.

SHAPE/DESIGN: It's phallic with a curve that will help for reaching the g-spot. Its flare at the bottom will allow for anal, standing it up on a flat surface, or wearing in a harness (with the right kind). I suppose it might be too thick for some. For the first few months of owning this, I couldn't even insert it! I eventually got used to it, but it may be too girth-y for beginners. The head is smooth, which allows for easier insertion, with a taper that isn't so pointy that it will poke you when you thrust. The shaft is covered from the head down with a anti-clockwise raised swirl. Aside from the swirls which fade into the flared base, the entire thing is clear. Which makes it very easy to see any imperfections - of which there are none. In fact, for how cheap this glass dildo is, it is incredibly well made. There aren't any seams, clips, or anything. The blue swirls aren't just painted on, like you see with a lot of cheap glass dildos. If you look closely at the way the blue swirls fade into the base you can see that they were applied while the central clear glass was still hot, allowing for a better junction between the blue and clear. I didn't find any differences in measurement from the specs listed on the site.

MATERIAL: As I've already stated, glass can be completely disinfected, shared, used between different orifices, etc. The taste is non-existent because it's GLASS. You can use any lube imaginable with this. Because this is non porous, it doesn't even require a lot of lube. In fact, I never use lube with it and I've never had a problem. Because of the hardness, always be careful when thrusting, especially when using this on a partner. Bruised genitals/colon aren't sexy. Pyrex doesn't really shatter, it breaks into bigger pieces, so don't be too afraid of having a mess if you drop it. Glass can be great for temperature play: when doing temperature play, it's better to use a bowl of water at the temperature you desire, rather than freezing or microwaving your dildo. I've heard the latter is possible, but have never done so as I don't want to burn/freeze anyone's genitals off, nor do I want to break my dildo. As well, keep in mind that glass is pretty heavy.

MAINTENANCE: Don't drop this. Yes, it will probably survive the fall, but it might suffer a scratch. Don't ever use if you notice a chip or scratch. Wash it every time you use it. The swirls can be difficult to clean, so try a toothbrush or similarly bristled cleaning tool. Since it's glass, anti-bacterial soap will suffice for most sessions, but if you use it rectally, you will want to use bleach on it, or boil it. When storing, I'd suggest using the delightful bag it comes with to prevent it breaking/chipping.

This is one of the first dildos I bought, and it was honestly too big for me. Since being able to take it, I've found it an incredible toy. The swirls are pleasant both vaginally and anally. The design is sexy and inoffensive, without the usual butterflies and hearts that seem to plague half the dildos on the market. The girth is actually appreciated nowadays, although I find it still be a bit difficult to insert. All in all, this toy is an excellent glass dildo at an excellent price.

Because of the weight of this item, it is excellent for setting it on a surface and letting the weight keep it there while you rise and lower yourself.

Still a marvelous toy. Perhaps I don't use it as often as some of my other toys since it requires a decent amount of warm up due to the girth, but it is definitely a favourite when I have the time.

With careful handling and usage of the accompanying padded bag, I have noticed no scratches or chips in this piece.
