Deceivingly Delicious
The Crystal Cote is a high quality silicone toy that delivers way more pleasure than it's modest dimensions would suggest. Take the plunge (pun intended) and cover your options with the larger Crystal Passion.

Pros
Silicone with a nice pronounced head and rippled shaft.
Cons
May just be too small for some.
As you can readily see from it's modest 4.5" insert-able x 1.25" wide dimensions, the Silicone Crystal Cote is not for size queens. But every once in a while you may be in the mood for something less challenging - but no less rewarding. For just those times you should have this quality product in your toy box!
We all know how desirable silicone is - and in this case the silicone is of the TPR variety - but still of very high quality. The two tone presentation of color surrounded by the clear coating - I presume the basis for the name - is also very attractive.
My wife doesn't care for water-based lubes so we've used and loved ID Millennium silicone for years. But when we got into silicone toys we needed an alternative and found a plant-oil based product from the UK called Yes [https://www.yesyesyes.org/product_oil.htm]. She loves the way her vulva feels after using 'Yes' so much - that's all we use now - and luckily Yes works great with all of the silicone toys we have.
Back to the Crystal Cote - the most outstanding feature of this dildo is that the head and ripples are firm but not hard - so that even though it's dimensions are modest, it still creates wonderful sensations when thrusting. A larger dildo with such a pronounced head can collide with my wife's pelvic bone when using full-length thrusts - no so with the Crystal Cote. The head and ripples stimulate her vaginal entry and labia - like a virtuoso pianist I can withdraw fully - then plunge the ripples back inside with profound effect.
The small diameter of the shaft also enables me to angle the head to provide adequate - but not overwhelming g-spot stimulation. Combined with a clit-vibe a good orgasm is assured.
I definitely recommend this toy for silicone dildo lovers looking for something very different from the smooth shafts that predominate the genre.

Experience
After a number of successful sessions with the Crystal Cote - I noticed that as my wife became more aroused - I had to press so far forward that the faux balls almost went inside!
This got me wondering if there was something similar but a little larger - and there is! A product called Crystal Passion is out there [https://www.simply4lovers.com/Crystal-Passion-p-16574.html]. Built with identical materials this one is nominally 1.5" wide but actually gets to more than 1-5/8" at the base and has an extra 1" of insert-able length - just enough to do the trick.
So now when she asks for the Crystal Cote - I have the Crystal Passion near by in case she needs a little extra to get over the edge. The Crystal Passion is the only dildo we have, except the Pure Wand, that can give my wife an orgasm without the assist of a clit-vibe! Now that's high praise!
I attribute this to the ability of both the Pure Wand and Crystal Passion to find and exploit my wife's AFE Zone - that higher g-spot that will have you gushing every time!

Still OK - but it's taken a back seat to the Fun Factory Tiger [https://www.edenfantasys.com/dildos/strap-on-dildos/tiger]. The tiger has great ripples like the Crystal Cote - but is much more substantial.

Thank you for viewing Silicone crystal cote – realistic dildo review page!
Judging by the picture, it looks like there is a suction base on it. Is that true? If so, how does it perform? Does it stick well and stay in place, without sliding around or coming "un-stuck"? How about against a shower wall or something?
Thanks for the review.
About the suction - my wife prefers partner play - so we doesn't use the suction feature. So I've done some testing here at home!
I have attached the Crystal Cote to several hard surfaces like the ones I hear people refer to like; ceramic (shower or tub), wood (tables or chairs) and plastic (toilet lid) and found that it held fast - even with some vigorous attempts to dislodge it.
But this is experimental - not real world - hopefully another user will add their personal experiences.
