Charmed, I'm sure
The Charmer is a surprisingly unique toy. While it might not be for everyone, it could be perfect for someone looking for something very intense and a little bit different.

Pros
Great g-spotting, quality material, nice color.
Cons
Probably not suitable for beginners, must be used with some care.
The Charmer is a fun little dildo with a very different feel from any other toy I have tried. At 7" long and 1 1/8" in diameter, it is on the long and slender side of your average dildo. I have the midnight purple version and it is very pretty dark purple color with subtle swirls and slight metallic sheen to it.
The toy is pliable enough to bend entirely in half, but firm enough to stand upright on its own wide base. It has a gentle curvature, but nothing too dramatic. Really if it wasn't for the pronounced ridges running along the inside curve of the dildo, the Charmer wouldn't really stand out in any way.
But with those ridges, holy cow! This is one surprisingly unique and intense dildo.
Basically, as you thrust with the Charmer, the sawtooth ridges stroke your g-spot (or p-spot, presumably) over and over again in quick succession. In fact, the ridges are so effective at rubbing my most sensitive bits that I find I actually have to thrust more slowly than my usual pace, or the intensity becomes overwhelming and uncomfortable. I find that the Charmer works best for me when I want a slow, relaxed build up to orgasm.
Since the Charmer has a sturdy flared base, it is harness compatible and safe for anal play. If you do use it with a partner, I would recommend having the giving partner start out slowly since this toy can be somewhat painful if used too hard/quickly.
I see the Charmer as a charming specialty dildo. It's almost certainly not the only dildo you will ever want to own. It's probably not one of those toys you find yourself using almost every time you want to get off. It's unlikely to be a great dildo for a beginner. But, if you have some experience with toys and know that you like intense g- or p-spot play, or you just want to try something new and different, this could be a great dildo to add to your collection. The sensation of the ridges is quite delightful and surprisingly unique from the sensations caused by the other bumps, ridges, swirls, bends and flourishes I have encountered on other dildos.
And, if you do fall for the Charmer, you are getting a quality toy made of 100% medical grade silicone that you can sanitize with bleach (10% solution), boiling water (5-7min) or even wash in the dishwasher (top rack, no soap). As with all silicone toys, remember to proceed with caution and do a patch test if you choose to use silicone lubes. After all, you don't want to melt your charming new friend. Or, you can simply stick with water or oil based lubes that are guaranteed not to react with silicone.

Experience
I accidentally discovered a neat trick with this dildo that works great--with my anatomy anyway. I found that the Charmer is long enough and flexible enough that I can bend the base of the dildo up towards my stomach and the last bump on the dildo will stroke my clit while the other three bumps stroke my g-spot. This position does reduce the pressure on my g-spot a bit, but I think the benefits are worth the compromise.
I did try out this dildo anally, but I found that the ridges were a bit much for me. I've never been a fan of much texture in my anal toys, but if you enjoy anal probes with a lot of bugles (I don't) you would probably enjoy using this toy anally.

Good review!
Basically , I would say that anyone trying to build a solid toy collection could probably find more versatile toys. But, if you want something a little bit different to complement a collection, this is a really nice option.
