Budget buddy
This product works, and despite the shortcomings of the sleeve, I think it's pretty well made when you consider the price. Even if this isn't the star of the show, it would definitely be worth having as a backup or for use on the road (not literally, of course) so that you can keep your expensive toys safely at home.

Pros
Quality of vibrator, Veins on sleeve, Fairly water resistant
Cons
Material of the sleeve, Not waterproof
This simple vibrator definitely lives up to its name, with powerful vibrations that transmit well, and plenty of length for deep exploration. At this price range, it's hard for a product to fail to live up to its expectations, and despite some minor shortcomings, it's an excellent buy.
This toy comes as a vibrator inside of a removable, realistic sleeve. It has rather noticeable veins which can definitely be felt during use, and the shape of the tip means it is comfortable and easy to insert. Used together, it's pretty long and fairly thick, without being excessive. The sleeve is made in the USA from some sort of PVC derivative, which the manufacturer claims is body-safe and pthalate free, however, it does have a little bit of that typical budget toy chemical smell. It does contain 'Sil-A-Gel', an antibacterial additive, which could could be the cause of the odor. One option is to cover it with a condom; yet another is to remove the sleeve entirely. Fortunately, the vibrator itself is of surprising quality and is worth the price on its own.
The vibrator is made of hard, smooth plastic and has a twist-style on/off/variable speed control. On low, it's gentle and quiet, and on high it's pretty powerful. It runs on two C-size batteries, and they last an EXTREMELY long time. I've had this thing running for 12 hours straight to see just how long it would last, and I gave up while it was still going strong. The only downside is that it isn't totally waterproof, so you'll have to use some care when cleaning, which can be accomplished with mild soap and hot water. As long as you don't submerge it, it should last a long time. The vibrator (minus the sleeve) is about typical diameter, although slightly longer than some of the others on the market. The vibrator is about 6" long and 1 1/2" in diameter, but since it doesn't have a flared base, only about four to five inches are usable. The sleeve adds about a quarter-inch to the diameter, and maybe an inch or so to the length.

Experience
I've had this vibrator for a few years now, and it has yet to fail. I've been careful to keep water away from the cap, although it doesn't seem to be very sensitive to a little splash here and there. At this price point, it's hard to be disappointed with any vibrator that actually works, and this one actually works quite well.
