I bought this for several reasons: I wanted an ultra smooth toy for anal play that wouldn't hurt to pump in and out. I wanted a toy with a tapered head to make insertion easy. I wanted a toy to use with silicone lube. I wanted a long toy to test how much room I've got back there. I wanted it because it looks hella cool.

I was quite happy with all aspects. Because it's glass, it won't bend while using it, which is great when you're trying to aim for a certain spot and want lots of pressure.

This toy is great with silicone lube because the lube adheres to your skin and not to the toy. That makes it super easy to clean up. The lube rinses off the toy under the tap. Because the toy has no grooves, it is the easiest thing to clean with a quick soapy wash. Getting silicone lube off the hands is a whole other issue though. I warn you though, do not use this with desensitizing lube. It doesn't totally numb your skin but in combination with the hardness and tapered tip, it could be a stupid move.

The Blue Swirl G is very nice to thrust. Sometimes my body just welcomes it in. The curvature is great, because it will find its way to where you've got space for it. I wanted to see how deep I could put a toy, and the corkscrew ability of this allowed me to do that very easily. Still I couldn't get it all in me without coming to an unpleasant feeling wall somewhere.

The design is very nice to look at, it's almost statuesque if you've got a 'mature' home. It's quite heavy and sturdy with the Pyrex-like glass it's made from. I don't know how someone could ever get a toy lost inside them, but this has a base that is flared somewhat to help with that. It functions as a push-pull handle, but I would have appreciated an L-shaped design like a set of balls at the bottom to help with steering. In case it's not visible in pictures, the curve goes down, then up (it doesn't swirl in a screw-like path the way the name implies). It inserts cool unless you warm it under the tap or with body heat first.

It's a good toy to have in a collection, especially for people who have wuss bums like I do.

Every glass toy will have reviews saying that they can be dangerous because they are so hard. I don't quite agree. They feel as hard as a plastic toy, the difference is that they're denser and heavier. The danger is the same with any solid toy, mainly when another person is using it on you. They don't know when it's hitting an unpleasant spot and the toy will not bend to ease the poke. Of course, there's a chance you can do it to yourself if you get overly eager.
