The Blue Swirl G is a smooth glass toy with a gently curved shaft and bulbous head, making it ideal for g-spot stimulation. It has a flat base, is non porous and sterilizable so it could be used anally, but I can't personally speak to its merits for anal play.
Glass is an excellent medium for temperature play, and it is also waterproof. It isn't too large, and is easily thrown in a purse or overnight bag making it travel friendly. You can use this toy just about anywhere.

Made of Pyrex glass (the same stuff that glass cookware is made of), one of the many wonderful things about this toy is its complete lack of odour. It has no give at all, and this particular toy is smooth, with no ridges, bumps or nubs along the shaft. However, the head of the toy is bulbous, and thus provides a slight variant in the overall feel of the toy.

Because it's made of glass it's a very good toy for temperature play. You can heat it up many ways; running it under a warm tap, holding it in your hands, or even by placing it on top of a heater vent. The same goes for cooling it down...cool water, the fridge or over a vent blowing cold air. Despite being Pyrex, you shouldn't put the toy in the oven, you shouldn't freeze it, and you shouldn't change extremes too quickly, as this can shock the glass and cause it to break. You should always check the temperature of the glass before play, and you should never use a glass toy that's chipped, cracked or damaged in any way.

The Blue Swirl G has a very gentle curve to it compared with some of the other SSA Glass toys. This curve hits the g-spot perfectly, and the slight raise of the head of the toy adds another dimension of stimulation. Overall, the measurements of the toy aren't intimidating. My own measurements very closely matched the manufacturer's for length and circumference.

For the average user, I think this toy would make for a comfortable experience.

The curve isn't an assault on my g-spot either. The curve is very gentle and you can either allow the curve to directly hit the g-spot, or twist the toy slightly when inserted and have the head of the toy hit the spot. I should mention that the slight raise of the head also hits when you're using the curve to hit your g-spot, which may be too much stimulation for some. It may take some experimenting to find the right hold and position for you. I can guarantee you'll have fun while figuring it out!

The picture of the toy shows it to be a dark blue swirled design within the glass. When I received mine I found that it was actually a lighter, more powdery dark blue...not as vibrant in the picture. Despite this color discrepancy the toy is beautiful. If it was less phallic I'd even leave it standing upright on my dresser.

The toy can travel easily, just pop it in its pouch and put it in a bag or purse.

I was very hard pressed to find a con for this toy. The curve is amazing; not too pronounced, but not too gentle either. The head had just the right amount of 'pop'. It's not too girthy but not too small. Overall, an amazing toy.

The one issue I had with it was the base. Sometimes, the base gets a little too wet and the toy starts to rotate on its own. Other times I lost my hold entirely. It's really a minor flaw and after a little practice you can find a comfortable way to hold the toy and avoid slippage or rotation.

Being a glass toy it is extremely easy to take care of and clean up is simple. You can wash it with warm soap and water, boil it for 3-5 minutes, use a 10% bleach solution, or put it in the top rack of the dishwasher. You can use any type of lube with it and not worry about degrading the material; although, it is already a smooth toy so be careful not to use too much!

If you're going to try it out anally, always sanitize/sterilize/disinfect it before using it vaginally, or use a condom on it for easy clean up.

Again, sudden temperature changes can damage the toy, so don't freeze, microwave or try to bake the toy. Always check the toy for chips and cracks. You most definitely NEVER want to use a glass toy that has chips or cracks in it.

Storage is simple as well as it doesn't take up much space at all. The red velvet pouch doesn't offer much padding, but as long as you don't drop it repeatedly, placing it in a drawer or toy box is a breeze.

The toy came wrapped in bubble wrap inside a red velvet pouch. There weren't any instructions on use or care. The pouch doubles as an aid in discrete storage to keep lint and fuzzies off of it. Being glass you don't have to worry about them sticking, but it's always nice to pull out a toy that's ready to play with.

This toy has given me a wide range of orgasms, from fast and intense, to slow, building, absolutely mind blowing and body shaking ones. I knew after the first use it would be getting a five star rating from me, and now many, many runs later I still have that sentiment.
