The Doc Johnson Big Stuff is one of the larger items in the Titanmen line, and like everything else in the Titanmen series, it is marketed and designed for anal use. You can see from the image that the Big Stuff is a pretty standard shape as far as dildos go and can be used for pretty much whatever you want.

The size makes this an advanced toy that should be used slowly and carefully until you are warmed up. Then it becomes an item that will just make your day.

All the toys in the TitanMen line are made of Sil-a-Gel, an anti-bacterial, non-toxic material manufactured without latex or cadmium (research has linked exposure to cadmium to lung and prostate cancer). The Sil-a-Gel material is a dense, heavy gel with a good amount of resistance and give that warms to body temperature very quickly.

Most Sil-a-Gel products have a fairly strong plastic odor fresh out of the packaging that fades quickly. While present, the odor can affect the taste of the item.

Being designed for anal use, you will want to use lube with this tool. Luckily, Sil-a-Gel is compatible with water and silicone lubes. Since the material is only slightly porus, an antibacterial wipe can clean the tool quickly and easily.

Have you ever seen those dildos that are moldings of a life sized arm and fist? I remember seeing one for the first time and thinking it must be a joke, that's just not possible to use. Interestingly, the Big Stuff didn't elicit that reaction in me at all. In fact, I was a little surprised at how small it looked after reading the measurements online. Don't get me wrong, this is a very large dildo. Just not absurdly so.

The Big Stuff is smooth with ribs beneath the head. These are nice since they give a little texture on an otherwise untextured surface. It has a wide, heavy base that is harness compatible, but I was not able to get a suction cup effect from the underside. Rather than concave, the base was completely flat.

The weight and wide base allows a good grip on the Big Stuff during use. You can stand it upright just fine but once it's lubed up, the Sil-a-Gel material gets slippery as an eel and the Big Stuff becomes a challenge to hold on to. The ridges do exactly what you'd expect them to and the dildo itself does quite a job of sliding in and stretching you right out.

Once inserted, the Sil-a-Gel warms quickly to your body temperature and is a very comfortable item to use. If using in a harness, you may need to cinch your straps down extra tight since I guarantee this is the heaviest dildo you will ever use.

The Sil-a-Gel cleans very easily with water or wipes, a plain old antibacterial wipe will do the trick in just a few seconds. As far as storage, you'll have to do some Tetris if you want to get this into a full toybox.

All the items in the TitanMen line have similar packaging. The Big Stuff comes in a clear plastic cylinder with blue and white patterning and industrial block text proclaiming it (the tool) an "indestructible anal toy". True or not, some owners have complained about the styling of the packages. In my case the plastic cap on the cylinder had been bashed off the package by this very heavy item and the cylinder had filled with packing peanuts. There is nothing discreet about the package and the size may necessitate cutting it up and disposing of it in pieces. This item could benefit from more minimalist packaging.

This is a very intimidating dildo so try not to surprise someone with this.
