The Twistful Pleasure glass dildo is an ideal toy for those looking for an entry point into the world of glass. It's modest dimensions and subtle textures deliver classically smooth sensations that characterize glass toys.

I found the dimensions a little different than those reported on the product page - here's the comparison:

As depicted in the photo there are 5 small (1/4") bumps along the shaft and 2 more beside the first bump closest to the head. These bumps are smooth and we experienced no discomfort from them during use - however notably there wasn't much additional benefit from the bumps either.

One of the things we like about glass is that they are often both artistic and useful. The Twistful Pleasure fits nicely in this genre. The translucent purple is uniform and attractive - and finished by a clear round knob that works nicely as long as you don't have too much lube on your hands. The knob's flower in lay is also well done - I'm not into flowers - but it speaks to the quality and thoughtfulness that went into this toy.

Many glass toy aficionados talk a lot about temperature play. For us its a matter of comfort. In the winter we'll place the glass in a heating blanket to take the chill off - but can't tolerate anything even remotely hot. As for cold - room temperature is cool enough for us. There isn't any reason not to go hotter or colder - we're just not into it.

It's worth noting that this toy is made of tempered glass - not Pyrex, so I'd be more careful with hot and cold than with higher quality toys - and I'd definitely avoid any rapid temperature changes.

Clean up is a breeze - when used vaginally we simply use soap and hot water. If used anally we add and an alcohol wipe down to disinfect. I should note that since the initial vaginal attempt - all our use has been anally because we rarely use the same toy for both.

Our interest in this toy was to expand our anal play - but it can also be used by those who prefer smaller toys for vaginal penetration. My wife found the sensations pleasurable for initial vaginal penetration but it wasn't long before she was asking me for something with more girth.
