The Blossom G by SSA Glass is a pretty glass dildo that works well for g-spot play and has nubs to provide a bit more stimulation. It has two heads for a different feeling on insertion and the size makes this one great for users of all levels. I am so glad that I added this one to my collection.

Pros
Beautiful! Smooth with a bit of texture Head hits my g-spot Two heads for variation
The Blossom G is a glass dildo by SSA glass. It has a slightly curved, tapered head that works well at finding the g-spot. It also features a ball-shaped end that can also be inserted. This toy can be used anally if you have a good grip on it (and don't insert it too much), but technically there is no flared base to keep it from going all the way inside. It only has some texture and is of average size so the Blossom G can be enjoyed by beginner, intermediate, and advanced users alike. This dildo is a little on the long side and because it is so firm you could really hurt yourself if you thrust too hard/fast.
Glass is one of the safest sex toy materials out there (a 10 on Eden's scale). It it non porous, has no harmful chemicals that can be absorbed by your body and there is no smell or taste, even when it is first removed from the packaging. Because glass is so firm, you can apply firm pressure to the spot of your choice and not have to worry about losing the intense sensation from something flexing. Pyrex glass specifically is more break resistant than regular glass, so you shouldn't worry about your glass toy breaking during normal use. You would probably need to drop it to break it (I don't suggest testing this out).
The Blossom G is pretty smooth to the touch, except for the 5 nubs that go up the center. These nubs are not very pronounced so they would work well for someone experimenting with texture for the first time. The heads of this one have no texture so they provide a pleasurable and smooth insertion. When thrusting you can feel a little bit of a popping sensation because of the small difference between the size of the head and the shaft.
I really like the way this dildo looks. The clear shaft is mostly smooth with red swirling throughout. This is on the inside, so it does not provide any texture. There are 5 red nubs to add some extra stimulation. There is a flower in each head, the tapered one has a red and orange flower and the ball end has an orange and yellow flower. I think the flowers are both very pretty. I enjoy looking at the designs that this dildo has, it is one of my prettier glass toys.
The Blossom G has a long shaft that has two different ends. One end is a ball shape and the other is a more tapered shape. This allows you to get a slightly different experience if you switch sides. The ball gives more of a pop, and depending on which way you hold it with that end inserted you might not feel the nubs. The tapered head is tilted upward at an angle and this makes it easier for it to caress your g-spot. When used anally this shape may be curved enough for p-spot stimulation, but that depends on the individual.
In total, the Blossom G is 9 inches and 7.5 inches are insertable. This is one of my longest glass toys. I like being able to reach any area I want stimulated, but I am a little nervous about injuring myself. Anally this length is nice because it gives you a good portion of the toy to hold onto, seeing that there is no flared base. Both heads are similar in diameter, at just under 1.5 inches. The shaft is about 1.25 inches in diameter closer to the ball end and a little over 1 inch near the tapered head. I think this size is nice for all users, but some beginners may need a tiny bit of warm up before hand.
I don't consider this toy discreet, but it does look like a piece of art because of the flowers and the red swirl inside of the glass. For some reason I feel like it could possibly be disguised as some kind of kitchen tool.
If I had to think of what feature of this toy stands out, I know I couldn't just pick one thing. I feel like the angled head hits my g-spot wonderfully, the nubs give me a bit more stimulation on my clit, and the rest of the long smooth shaft allows me the thrust easily. Over the time that I was considering placing an order for the Blossom G I wasn't sure if it would be that great of a toy. I mean it doesn't have a severe curve and the texture is minimal, but for some reason this one really does it for me. It does not take long for me to orgasm when I use Blossom. This is a quality dildo that has a lot of things going for it.
With a glass toy, any lube that you want can be used to make things more slippery. I like having the option of using a silicone based lube.
Taking care of glass is very easy. Use soap and water, toy cleaner, or a toy wipe to keep the toy clean. If you want to sanitize it, my best recommendation is to wipe it down with a 10% bleach solution.
When storing and after use it is important to make sure that your glass toy doesn't break. If it does break or crack then stop using it. A storage pouch that has some padding, or keeping it surrounded by socks or something soft, is a good way to keep it safe. Overall, it is easy to store a glass toy and pretty hard to break it (due to it being Pyrex).
The Blossom G comes wrapped in bubble wrap inside of a red velvet pouch. I use this pouch for storage. It is the same type of pouch that comes with most SSA Glass toys. There are no instructions, but I think that a glass dildo doesn't always require instructions. I wouldn't use the packaging as a gift, I would find something nicer.
I think I spend just as much time using this one as I do looking at it. I know I already mentioned this a few times, but the Blossom G is much prettier in person than I expected it to be. The same goes with how good it feels, again much better than I thought. This one really showed me that you have to try things out sometimes to really know.
In addition to using the Blossom G vaginally for g-spot play, I also tried it anally. I liked the way it went in so smoothly, as the nubs are not that easily felt. It is great for some slow thrusting anally because there is nothing to get in your way. I just had to test it out even though there is no base. Although I really enjoy it anally, for me this one is a g-spot toy.
Follow-up commentaryI still like it3 months after original review
The Blossom G is a toy that I still enjoy using. Because it is pretty smooth and not overly large, it works well for warm up or for days that I don't want anything too intense. It is also still one of my prettiest glass dildos!
