The Glass Wand from WHK GmbH looks a little bit scary at first. The artistic side of it is truly not usable as it will inflict pain, but the other end is good for G-spot stimulation as long as you are willing to sacrifice the thickness. Holding it can be a bit uncomfortable due to the texture and weight, but it is workable. You can use it for temperature play if you so choose, just soak it in ice water or warm water until it is in the desired range. You can then run the pointy end over the body as a way of teasing. Just keep a good grip on it as it would hurt if you drop it on your partner. Technically you could use it for anal play but I would not suggest it as the bulbous portions may be able to be sucked in, resulting in a trip to the ER. If you do use it for this, keep a firm grasp of it and be careful. Care must be taken when using glass in general so as not to bruise the body by being too rough.

I really would not recommend this to anyone for anything other than a pretty novelty piece.

It is made out of a hard, unforgiving glass. As such, care must be taken not to use too much force or to go too deep with it. The last thing anyone wants is the pain that hitting the cervix too hard can cause. It has no odor or taste. The textured end has a round tip, 2 nubs on 4 sides, and then three bulbs. The tip can be a bit sharp feeling on sensitive bits, and the nubs can feel rough and painful. The other end has a bend followed by a long thin shaft, both of which are nice and smooth.

I would not class this as a good toy for beginners due to the textures, nor would I say this is a good toy for more advanced users due to the size of the smooth end.

Design wise, it appealed to my artistic side while scaring my practical side. You are supposed to be able to use both ends, but it fails miserably at it. The G-spot end is 7/8" in diameter and the bulbs are 1 3/4" in diameter. Overall it is 8 3/4" long with up to 7 3/4" that is technically insertable. The nubs on the textured side cause pain on those who are more sensitive, like me, while the g-spot end is lacking in thickness for even the most tight users.

It is not the most obvious of toys, so you could get away with claiming that it is a piece of abstract art.

The only redeeming factor this toy has is the fact that it has two ends. While it is not the most ideal size for g-spot use, it is possible. The second end, which most would assume is the insertable one, is just not comfortable to even attempt to use.

Glass is easy to care for, just pick your preferred method. Be it the dishwasher, boiling, soap and water, toy cleaner, or toy cleaner wipes, they all work. Storage is a little bit more difficult as you will have to either make or buy a toy bag to store it in, or wrap it in a thick cloth. Once you have come up with something to keep it from getting damaged while put away, you can keep it most anywhere. The thickness is just right to where you can even keep it in a toy box without it taking up all of the space. Glass is compatible with all lubes so pick anything you want.
