Almost on the Mark (Besides the Firm Core)
The Mark is larger than my usual dildo size, so that took me some time to warm up to. But I love the amount of control I have with it. I can count on this toy to deliver orgasms and have also enjoyed using it anally, and if you are looking for a toy of this size with a firm core then I highly suggest it.
Published:
Pros
Soft, safe silicone, easy to clean, filling, compact, poor storage case.
Cons
Lint magnet, draggy, firm core.
I bought the Mark because I have been looking into realistic dildos, and it was one of the smaller ones available (I'm not a size queen).
It arrived in a thin, plastic box (which is very difficult to get the toy back into, by the way). I found it very odd that it doesn't say "Mark" anywhere on the box, only the Tantus brand name and that the silicone "FEELS REAL" on a pink sticker. In contrast, my VIP Super Soft box has a pink sticker that says "SUPER SOFT." The VIP box was twice the size, and I think they package all of their toys in these two standard-sized boxes without labels of what specific products they are.
The toy was a bit bigger than I was expecting, but compared with the VIP Super Soft (which is 3/8" bigger in diameter but seems huge), it's a great size. The product measurements are as follows (mine differ somehow):
Length: 6 1/4" (The VIP Super Soft is 7")
Insertable length: 5 1/2" (6")
Circumference: 4 3/4" (5 1/2")
Diameter: 1 3/8" (1 3/4")
Both are 100% silicone, which is velvety and soft (like my Ella). It collects lint and hair, and the head and base are where this is the worst - they have a shiny, draggy finish.
There is some vein detail and the inner core stops at the head (which is squishy). The core seems to be closer to the front of the toy (the front of the head, and where the Tantus seal is at the bottom). Also, the head has more realistic detailing than the VIP. It is raised from the rest of the toy, and there is a small indent of a urethral opening. I don't mind the drag of it, and I like it much more than the VIP head because it is tapered well for insertion (the VIP can "catch" on my vaginal walls, which hurts!).
It is a little bit flexible, but not very. And the toy appears to be smooth and high-quality, other than the base, which has a couple of jagged cuts. A small nick of silicone fell off the base of my VIP when I first took it out of the package, but I haven't had any problems with my Mark.
Personally, I'm not a huge fan of the firm core, which is why I bought the VIP after. It is good because you have control over the toy and can stimulate the g-spot semi-directly (more than with a squishy toy), but I wanted a toy that would be filling and that I could clench around during orgasm. And the VIP is much better for clenching, even though it's a bit too big for me. But I like the Mark better because of the smaller size and better-tapered head.
It's basically straight and not shaped well for g-spot stimulation, but I actually like that about it. With a semi-rigid toy of big size like this, I think a big g-spot curve would be uncomfortable. One thing I don't like is that besides the Tantus mark on the base, it is almost impossible to tell which way it's facing during use.
Vaginally and anally, this toy is great. It is on the big side for anal play, but the flared base works nicely and you can sterilize it by boiling it or putting it in the dishwasher between using it anally to vaginally or between different partners using it. And my partner and I don't do pegging, but I think it would fit well in a harness.
I wash it with soap and water after each use, and it can also be boiled or put in the dishwasher. Rinsing before each use is also useful to get any fuzz or hair off of it.
It does retain temperatures a little bit, which some people may like for heating or freezing it. Personally, I wouldn't use it after boiling it because I would be afraid of leaving marks on it, but I'm just paranoid.
It has no smell or taste, and I think some people would find it a great, safe choice for oral play.
The Mark is not very travel-friendly, and anyone who finds it will know what it is. But I like that it is semi-compact, as opposed to dildos with balls.
I really like this toy. It's relatively easy to insert and control, and I recently had some very powerful orgasms with it. It doesn't feel like the real thing (similar at best), but we are definitely on good terms! I just wish that I could've gotten the Mark Super Soft, which I think Tantus discontinued in the past couple years. A completely soft version would've been perfect for me.

Experience
Mark stimulates differently than my glass toys or my VIP Super Soft; it is in-between pushing right against my g-spot and brushing up against it. It does feel nice though. But I wish it didn't have a firm core, as I've said. Also, the base (while great for harness use) is rigid and a little bit wide for me. I like to clench my legs together and my thighs kept hitting the sides of the base and making it harder to move. But that's just me.
You definitely need to use this toy with lube, since it's silicone and a little bit draggy. You should only use water-based or oil-based lube with it (silicone lube will damage it), so it will stay slick fairly well.
