A Very Serene Piece
A great affordable alternative to the njoy Pure Wand, the Reflections Serenity is a great gspotting toy for those on a budget. Lighter than the Pure Wand as well, it won't be as taxing on the wrist for those that can't use the heavier toys. It's compatible with all lubricants and great for solo sessions and with a partner, all the while being body safe and easy to clean and maintain.

Pros
Body safe, lightweight, compatible with all lubricants, affordable
Cons
Two very different ends, doesn't come with a storage pouch
Reflections Serenity is a 7 inch long glass dildo made by Doc Johnson. Due to the fact it's glass, it's lightweight, has a safety rating of 10 (meaning it's non porous and can be sterilized), it odorless, tasteless, and curved for gspot stimulation. It's also double-ended for those who want to use the small end or the large bulbous end.
I ended up selecting the black Serenity, and it's more like an extreme dark blue, which is very pretty. The small end, however, unlike the picture, does not have a point, but a more flatted bulb, so those who worry it's too pointy won't have to fear. However, being it's made of glass, each toy will be slightly different in shape. The box it came in was just a simple see-through plastic one with various designs on it, looking almost retro in appearance. It came with no care instructions, however, but had a little blurb about the toy written on the back. Also, it's not very discreet, so I suggest hiding the packaging if you live with others whom you wish not to see the toy. Sadly this toy also does not come with a pouch to put it in, so I suggest buying one, maybe even a padded one, to protect this dildo.
Being made of glass, the Serenity can be used with any and all lubricants. Water-based, silicone, anything. Just due to the fact it's smooth glass, it will be hard to grip with lubed up hands, so be careful to not drop the toy. If in the unfortunate case you do drop the toy, it will not shatter, but come apart in large chunks. If the toy becomes cracked at all or shows signs of weakness, stop using it and dispose of the toy. You may be able to recycle the glass, check with your local recycling center if it's possible.
The dildo has some pretty big extremes when it comes to each end, unlike the njoy Pure Wand. The Pure Wand only has about half an inch difference when it comes to sizes on each end, but the Serenity seems to be more. The description says that one end is 1 1/4 (1.25) inches in diameter and the large end is 1 3/4 (1.75) inches, but it feels more drastic in use than that especially considering both ends are slightly different in shape. So if the small end of the Pure Wand is too small, you might like the small end of the Pure Wand. If the large end of the Pure Wand isn't large enough, the Serenity's large end might be what you need. Also, do keep in mind that since the Serenity is made of glass, it's extremely lighter in comparison to the Pure Wand, and also not as sharply curved. That means with the smaller end, you can actually thrust the toy easier than with the Pure Wand, which requires a rocking motion to massage the gspot.
Clean up is easy, wash with either soap or water, a 10% bleach solution, boiling, or place in the top rack of the dishwasher. Just be careful when boiling not to just drop it in the pot, and take caution when removing as it will be hot and pulling it out with tongs will provide difficult since it's smooth. I suggest boiling and then leaving the pot to sit and the water to cool off with the toy in it before removing it.
Overall this toy is one I would highly recommend to someone new to glass and/or gspot toys. It's not too rough on the gspot, it's lightweight, body safe, and can be used solo or with a partner. If you are to use it with a partner, however, do remember that it is rigid, so communication is key to prevent any injuries from happening. Also, it's feasible to use this toy anally, as the large bulb could act as a handle and a flared base, however do exercise extreme caution if you go this route and make sure you have a solid grip on the toy.

Experience
I bought this to see how well it would compare to my njoy Pure Wand. I admit I like it a lot, but am a little disappointed as well. First off it's lightweight, which means less pressure on the gspot. I can live with that, but the other thing is I love the large end of my Pure Wand, and the Serenity's large end feels, well, too large and just... overall strange. The small end works, however, but I feel I have to do more thrusting and rocking than i would with the Pure Wand due to the weight difference. On the plus side, my hand does not tire so easily and my wrist does not complain, which helps.
Do keep in mind though that not all bodies are the same and some might prefer the large end rather than the small end. Just because it didn't work for me doesn't mean it won't work for someone else.
Also, which a lesser curve, this toy is great to use with a bullet on the clit at the same time. It's in the way less, something that is more difficult with the Pure Wand. However if you go larger than a bullet, the vibe might be in the way.
It's a great toy, but I think in the end I still prefer my Pure Wand. However, for those that can't afford one, I do highly recommend investing in this toy as an alternative.

Follow-up commentary

I still like this piece for when I don't feel like a heavy-duty hitter like my njoy Pure Wand. Same pressure I love with a lighter toy and smaller head for when I don't feel like messing with metal and tiring out my wrist. I highly recommend this glass toy to anyone who likes firm pressure to the gspot at a fraction of the weight. And it holds up well and is still going strong.
