The texture and design are as close to lifelike as the materials permit and the dildo is replete with the same veins, bulges and ridges found on the real deal.

Anticipate some painted detail of the Ultra Skin to fade away with time. Upon arrival, the Ultra Skin's head was an unnaturally bright pink. With three washes, that pink has faded to a more mellow blush. The originally blue veins on the shaft of the dildo have faded as well.

The manufacturer also suggests that talcum powder be applied to the dildo after use, ostensibly to counter the tackiness of the material. The package comes with a small dispenser filled with a white powder that may be talc or cornstarch.
