First off, this is hands down, THE most awesome thing I have yet to own when it comes to erotics.



Now that I got that off my chest, let's get to the good stuff. This toy is insanely versatile for a dildo. I've found that I really enjoy using it for body massage as well as it's, ahem, intended purpose. The nubs provide great sensation when used externally on your arms, legs, or back. Use it with massage oil or lotion and it's really relaxing.

When used internally, the volume is really amped up thanks to the crazy textures that cover the entire toy, and the G-spot curve at the tip.

Use it with the curve on the top, on the bottom, to the side; use the nubs with lube for clitoral stimulation; use with lotion for body massage; use it in bed; use it in the tub: the possibilities are endless.

It's glass, making temperature play very possible and easy. Run it under cold or warm water for a different experience. Anally, it may not be as comfortable as most toys specifically made for anal use, but it is fairly safe due to its curved end.

Again, it IS glass, so if you're into very hard thrusting, this may not be for you. There's absolutely no give to the material (duh), so it's possible to easily do damage to yourself by failing to use it carefully. Don't bruise yourself!

As far as travel goes, I wouldn't carry this with me everywhere since it's glass and fairly big when compared to some of the smaller dildos I've seen. When taking this on vacation, just be sure to wrap it up nicely so it's secured in your luggage.

A really amazing upside to this toy is simply how freakin' beautiful it is. I'm finding that I hold it and just look at it more often than I use it (which is a lot). If it wasn't for my roommates I'd leave it out as a piece of modern artwork. The glass is nearly flawless on the inside, crystal clear, and incredibly smooth.

This thing would make the Kraken itself jealous.

This toy is made of borosilicate glass, meaning it's got no give and is very rigid, so be careful when you use it that you don't hurt yourself by thrusting too hard or in the wrong spot. Don't bruise yourself!

Like most glass toys, this has no scent or taste, and it's non-porous. Cleanup is easy: just use soap and warm water or toy cleaner. This also makes it compatible with all types of lube. And because it's glass, there's absolutely no drag to the material.

The texture on this toy is everywhere. One side's got two rows of nubs, the other has what I think resemble veins, and the sides continue on that vein pattern, and somewhat resemble gills. The texture itself is very smooth to the touch.

As far as what this thing is supposed to be, I think it depends on which way you look at it. From the side, it looks a lot like a tentacle. From the front, it looks like a tongue. From the back, it looks like a shaft. But however you look at it, the effect still remains: "Wow, that's hot!"

I love the curve at the end - not only is it pleasing to the eye; it makes using the toy easier, as it gives you something of a handle.

This may not be for beginners, since it's so textured, but the average user will find its girth, length, and texture pretty pleasing.

I can't say there's a "best" part about it. I love everything, and I normally have at least something to complain about. I can't find anything to pick on with this one. The size is really nice, the texture is great, it's incredibly smooth, very versatile, and it's visually gorgeous. What's there not to love?

Cleanup and care is really straightforward and simple with this toy. Just wash it with soap and water, wipe it down with a toy cleaner, or pop it in the dishwasher.

Be sure, too, to check for chips in the glass before using this toy. It's not very common that they do chip, but it is possible. Be safe.

Store it where it's cushioned for protection. I'm using a clean slipper-sock that I lost the mate for until I find a padded pouch. Some people choose to keep theirs in its original packaging. Just be sure it's in a safe place that can't get knocked around easily.

I'm a sucker for classy packaging. My other reviews show this, and this one's no different. I've got to say, this is some of the most classy toy packaging I've seen. I was surprised to find that the front cover of the box was magnetized. The whole thing has a matte finish, save for the glossy printed images.

Is it discreet? Yes and no. It has huge pictures of the product on all sides. (Though if I didn't already know it was a glass dildo, I'm not sure I'd know what to make of it.) "ICICLES" is on all sides in large font, and the box has the text "glass massager" instead of "dildo", so that's a little less blunt.

Personally, I used to be more fond of vibrators. After use, I'd be completely numb. What's the point if you're not going to be able to feel anything afterward? And to be quite honest, I wish I could leave it out as an art piece because it's stunning, but I know the people I live with would start asking questions.
