VIP: Almost Perfect
I really think that VIP was a good first dildo choice. It has made me realize what I want and don't want in a dildo. The base of this toy just really doesn't help for thrusting and gets in the way, which has me using other toys before it. On the other hand, it is designed really well for g-spot stimulation, I just really wish it didn't have balls on the base.

Pros
Great design for g-spot stim, 100% silicone, easy to clean, easy to sterilize.
Cons
Balls.
Use
Vip is a semi-realistic silicone dildo made by Tantus. It can serve many uses from anal p-spot stimulation to vaginal uses, and can be shared with a partner without worry since it is 100% silicone. I personally have not used this toy anally, but I do like using it vaginally. I have found that it's hard to use this dildo to thrust; when I try, the balls at the base get in the way. It's not terrible, but I have learned from this that I don't like dildos with balls at the base. Many of the other reviews I have read mention that the head can catch on some people's pubic bone...so if you don't usually do well with pronounced heads on dildos/vibes, probably not the best toy, though it's not super pronounced like Fun factory's Curve.
Material & texture
Vip is made of 100% silicone, making it sterilizable between different orifices and partners. It's not textured; it's completely smooth and made of a velvety silicone with some drag, but not much. The silicone is firm but still has some give. It is firm enough that it provides great g-spot stimulation, which I love! If you must use a lube with it, use water-based unless you HAVE to have silicone lube, in which case, patch test! Cleaning silicone is super easy, just soap and water, boil for three minutes, or throw in the top shelf of your dishwasher if sharing with a partner or different orifices.
Design, shape, & size
Vip is an average-ish size at 5.5" insertable with a 1.5" diameter. The design of the dildo works really well for g-spot (possibly p-spot?) stimulation. My one complaint is the balls don't really do anything for me except get in the way, which isn't a huge deal, just kind of annoying. Vip is harness compatible!

Thanks for the review! Looks like a great dildo.

I'm not a big fan of balls on dildos, especially if I'm not getting a full scrotum to begin with.
-
I've found that you can fold the balls under, up against the base, so they stay out of the way and still make a good handle.

Thanks for the review. My wife and I purchased this years ago, but unfortunately found out that the silicone was too firm and it had too much girth for her. But it is such a nice dildo.
