Up in Flames
Overall this is a very nice kit, excellent for a beginner or someone experienced with harnesses. Wonderful dildo! And better yet, you can change rings to use it with anything you already have!

Pros
Silicone dildo, fairly sturdy, washable, comfy, add vibrations to any dildo, interchangeable rings.
Cons
Cheap bullet, nylon straps can rub a bit, edges of bullet pocket unfinished.
Let me preface my findings with this set by saying that I did not get it, or use it, for the more usual purpose. I got the Flame Harness Kit to explore double penetration, that is to say, for my male partner to wear.
The harness itself is reasonably sturdy but fairly soft, however it can get a bit itchy and uncomfortable with extended wear, especially if worn very tight. The legs and waist are both very adjustable, the packaging on mine says up to 60" hips, though I see the site lists the specs at 50" hips. It adjusted enough to fit both my small frame and my boyfriend's hips quite well.
The harness comes with two rubber rings measuring; one and a quarter, and one and a half inch respectively. I found the smaller one to work best with the included dildo. The straps snap around the rings so you can change them, or add different sized rings, as you like. The snaps are emblazoned with the harness makers name; Sportsheets.
Around the ring and snaps is a purple velvet pad, with a thin layer of some kind of foam to soften the base of the toy held in the harness. In the center of the pad is a long narrow pocket for the bullet vibrator to fit inside, this pocket was made by simply cutting a slit in the top of the folded velvet and stitching down either side. Because of this, the top of the pocket has started to tear a bit from removing and replacing the bullet. This could probably be avoided by being very careful when removing the bullet, and only turning on or off after removing it from the pocket.
The included bullet is the standard single speed push button found is most kits. While it is fairly strong and not terribly loud, it is poor quality. The contacts are flakey causing the vibrator to sometimes fail to turn on. When this happens, as it has nearly every time I have opened the battery compartment, turning the cap so the threads are lined up differently often solves the problem. If not I usually just throttle it until it decides working is in its best interest.
The bullet runs on three G13-A button cell batteries, and one set is included with the kit. While I have checked the vibrator in the harness, to see how well the vibration carries up the toy, I have not actually used it this way. So while I can say it seemed to travel reasonably well, I can't say for sure just how well.
The silicone Tantus dildo included with this kit is the reason for the name, as the curved tip is swirled with raised flames. It is a lovely purple color with pearlescent swirls to match the velvet of the harness, and has an excellent sturdy base. The curved tip hits the G-spot quite nicely, but may be too broad for those looking for more precise stimulation. It may also be a bit intimidating for anal use because of the broad tip.
When using the dildo by itself, the base provided a good grip and the texture was quite delicious without being too rough. The Flame is fairly flexible which can make the curve of the tip less noticeable, during particularly heated sessions. During solo use I occasionally found that it had twisted in my hand, and the curve was facing backwards or sideways, but I did not have any trouble with it moving or slipping in the harness. Because of the silicone material this dildo is non-porous, and can be sterilized by boiling for three minutes, bleaching with a 10% solution, or running it through the top rack of a dishwasher without soap. It should only be used with a water-based lube.
With all the components added together this is an excellent, kit with a good harness, a serviceable vibe, and a great dildo. I would highly recommend it for female bodied wearers, as well as male.

Experience
I had tried on the harness a few times, and had been using the Flame dildo alone for a while, before I finally had the chance and inspiration to try what I had been waiting for. Using the Flame harness kit for double penetration was an incredible experience, one I hope to repeat again in the future.
While the dildo was not able to penetrate me very deeply, because of the angle it sat at high on my lover's hips. The texture of the flames, and combination of sensations, more than made up for that fact. It was apparent that it would have angled perfectly on a female bodied wearer's hips.
After maybe fifteen or twenty minutes I felt like I was going to faint from the intensity of it. My lover reported that the feeling of the harness was distracting him from the pleasurable sensations, mainly because he was unused to it. Hopefully with repetition he'll enjoy it as much as I did.
