Tiger review
Size does matter, and this dildo is a perfect size, firm enough to feel, flexible enough to bend, and ridges to provide great sensations. Fun Factory does it again!
Published:
Pros
Great length and firmness, fun color, and raised ridges that are a source of delight
Cons
The dildo has a thick base, which can push hard when used as a strap-on
Years ago, when I was too young to know what I wanted or say what I wanted, I had a boyfriend with a very small penis. The sexual mores of that day declared that size didn’t matter, but I found it did – not for him, but for me. Did I remember this when I went dildo shopping|Strap on dildo? Maybe, but faced with dozens of choices, I didn’t want to seem, well, cocky, so bought a medium-sized one, firm silicone, a very lovely purple, and non-realistic, with a completely flat surface. But then – aside from the awkwardness of strapping on for the first time – the dildo was too short! I hadn’t known to account for the length the strap would use, nor how much length would be needed for two lusty women with lusty-sized bellies.
Searching for solutions, I spotted the Tiger. Longer, bright red (how fun is that?) and with intriguingly raised stripes. Dildo reviews|Sex toys reviews – Dildos had convinced me that surface texture would delight my girl, and that a more realistic tip would make it easier to use from my end. These assumptions in hand, I hit “order” and waited. The box came, and – wow. I hadn’t expected the weight and heft! The thought of having this hanging from me, so bright and so big… ahhhhhh.
First I tried the Tiger. Just lubing up was fun, feeling the gentle bumping as I ran my hand over the ridges. Then into me she went. I planned to play slowly, but the wave-like sensation of the ridges was so good that I was pushing and pulling immediately and rapidly. The length was almost too much when handheld, but this boded well for use in a harness. A few days later I introduced Tiger to my sweetie, first as a handheld, for which the thick, triangular base is perfect. Somehow we got busy, so several weeks passed before I was pulling her redness through the harness. I’d practiced in private, to get used to the weight, which I’d recommend if you’ve used lighter or smaller dildos|First time dildos.
It won’t be several weeks again, because the Tiger by Fun Factory|Strap-on dildo by Fun Factory was good. Really good. My sweetie loved the length, the firmness, the sensation of the ridges moving. I also loved the length and the firmness, which let me focus much more on the feelings and less on the mechanics of keeping it in place (I’d had a problem with the shorter dildo of it coming out just when the going got good). Wow.
So, we’ve named my Tiger Ruffles – for, if you are a Certain Age, you know that ruffles have ridges. If you’ve named yours, please share!
One caveat – the thickness of the base, after vigorous use, left some quite tender places along my pubic bone, a problem I hadn’t had with flat-based dildos. Sure, the pressure on my clit was wonderful, and being sore the next day made me smile widely at random moments, but be forewarned.

Follow-up commentary
2 months after original review
I've now been using my Tiger for several months, and continue to love this dildo. I've especially come to appreciate her generous length, for it gives me both control and leeway when the play gets fast and intense. The Tiger is also so easy to clean that even after a long busy day she's easy to spiff right up again.
I've also found that I appreciate the triangle base more as I've used the dildo in different ways. It is a great shape to hold firmly in your hand, and the width and shape gives me a lot of good pressure when I have it strapped on.
I'd give the toy a "vroom" rating if I could, even though it doesn't have a vibrator or a place to put a bullet vibe. It does have ridges, which definitely deserve a "vroom" or two or three.
I've looked at several other dildos since buying the Tiger, and none of them seem as solid or delightfully shaped. If I ever do decide I want to expand to a different shape, I'll definitely look for other Fun Factory products first, because the quality and design are so superior.
