The Charmer can be used anally or vaginally. Vaginally, it works for subtle G-spot stimulation. When used anally, the ridges are quite pronounced and compelling. Because it has a nice flared base, it is also compatible with most O-ring based strap-on harnesses. This toy is a good one for advanced or intermediate users that are interested in branching out into more unique textures. While it is not a large toy, it is a more unique shape than many others on the market.

The Charmer is made of medical grade 100% silicone and completely free of any taste or smell. The finish on the toy is the silky peach-skin silicone finish. It does not pick up lint easily. It provides a slight amount of friction but does not drag. The silicone is firm but has plenty of flex to it. That makes this toy especially suitable for anal use as it is not so rigid that it will be uncomfortable.

The design here is very interesting and is what makes this toy something to write home about. The Charmer features several pronounced ridges. They are not sharp but they are quite angular as opposed to toys that have more rounded or bulbous ridges. This causes the toy to "catch" in key places and amps up the level of friction. The sensation is more pronounced anally than vaginally but the toy performs well for both. The Charmer is not a particularly girth toy, rather most of the stimulation lies in the ridges. If you are after big sizes, this won't be the toy for you. The design is not realistic however, I do not feel that this toy is discreet. It certainly looks like a dildo to most observers.

The Charmer performs well in a variety of applications. I've discussed the use anally and vaginally above. I also have tried it with a harness. The ridges make it a challenging thrusting toy when being used anally. However, I've had partners really enjoy that level of sensation, it just requires slower movements. When used with a harness, it can be a subtle but excitingly textured vaginal toy as well. It stayed in the O-ring of my harness quite successfully.

This silicone toy is entirely non-porous so with proper disinfection between uses it can be shared between partners or orifices. In order to disinfect it, you should boil it for 3-5 minutes or spray it with a 10% bleach solution. Regular cleaning can be done with soap and hot water. The toy does not pick up or attract much lint but should be stored in a plastic bag or lint-free fabric bag. Silicone toys are *not* compatible with silicone lube, so be sure to stick with a water-based lube to protect your toy.
