The Vixen Creations Outlaw is a substantial and extremely well made toy. While it would not be a good choice for a beginner, it's excellent for someone who knows what they're getting themselves into. I prefer to use my Outlaw solo, but it would be well-suited for partner use in certain situations. Outlaw is harness compatible (assuming you have an o-ring big enough to fit this bad boy) and safe for anal use due to the slightly flared base and sturdy balls. I had been looking forward to using this toy with my liberator BonBon, but unfortunately the base is too big to fit into the toy slit on my BonBon. I feel like if I wanted to I could force the issue, but I don't want to damage my toy or the cover on my BonBon. I personally do not use this toy with a partner due to my partner's tendency towards extreme enthusiasm when using toys - Outlaw is too big and too firm for me to guarantee an injury-free session. With a careful and cautious partner (or a recipient more experienced than I) it could work quite well, I'm sure. Regardless, Outlaw is a nice challenge for me - so if you're looking for a step up from toys like Tantus' O2 Mikey or similar, Outlaw is your man!

The Vixen Creations Outlaw is made of a high quality, body-safe, luxurious silicone. Outlaw is dual density, which means it has a firm inner core (still silicone) covered by a layer of soft silicone to more closely mimic the real thing - even if it's proportions aren't quite realistic! Since the Outlaw is so large, and the silicone has some drag against skin it's a good idea to use lube (quite a bit, depending on your experience level) - just remember to only use water-based or other silicone-safe lubes with this toy. Silicone lube (and hybrid H2O/silicone lubes) are NOT compatible with Outlaw or any other silicone toy. If you plan on putting a condom over Outlaw, be sure to use a non-lubricated condom or a condom with a clearly labeled lube. Outlaw's texture is slightly bumpy and highly realistic. I swear, it almost looks more realistic than the real thing! The molding is absolutely perfect, with no bubbles, rips, tears, and silicone beads or seams to be found - save for the underside of the base where excess silicone is trimmed off, but the trim job is just as neat and tidy as the rest of the toy. The firm silicone core is centered nicely and extends from the base(the bottom side of the balls is very firm and helps the toy stand upright) to the head - the head being made completely of the soft exterior silicone. The head is smooth and less textured than the shaft and the balls.

The Vixen Creations Outlaw is listed as 9 1/4" long - 8 3/4" being usable - 2" in diameter, and 6 1/4" in circumference. I found that to be pretty accurate. The design is visually extremely realistic - veins, pores, winkles - the whole 9 yards. The dual density silicone is supposed to be "like the real thing" - in hand it feels nice, but it's obviously not the real thing. It was surprising that once I washed Outlaw up with hot water (it holds temperature like a dream) and soaped it up, it became far more convincing. In use it's really hard to determine for me. The shear size alone makes it an overwhelming experience.

The Outlaw is a very substantial, challenging toy. It's just a little too heavy for my double sided suction cup (unless in the shower - anything sticks in the shower), too big to fit into my harness with my metal o-rings, and it doesn't fit in my Liberator BonBon. Despite that, I'm still happy with my purchase. I knew upfront that it probably wasn't going to be a very versatile toy. It does its job quite admirably. I tend to favor straight thrusting toys over curved g-spot toys and this is the cream of the crop. I really enjoy the dual density and squishy head on this guy. The soft head makes my cervix happy, and the squish makes the size more reasonable and, me less prone to injury while still being thoroughly satisfying. I prefer the Vixskin material slightly to the Tantus O2 dual density silicone - just slightly. There's a thicker, softer outer layer and the inner core is firm but not quite the ridiculous rock hard of Tantus' silicone.

Outlaw is a silicone toy - cared for properly, it can last a lifetime. Be careful not to store silicone toys in contact with lesser quality items as they can damage silicone. Outlaw is simple to clean, it just needs a quick wash with a gentle soap or toy cleaner. In addition, Outlaw can be boiled or run through the dishwasher (on the top rack, without detergent) to sanitize it. Outlaw - like most silicone - is a lint magnet. I always make sure to give mine a quick wash and a rubdown with a lint-free microfiber cloth. The outlaw can be difficult to store. Vixen Creations recommends that their Vixskin toys be stored upright to avoid damaging their shape. Outlaw is so big that this can be quite a feat. I haven't found somewhere safe for him yet so he's sitting wrapped up on top of my dresser right now.

I was crossing my fingers for one of the awesome Vixen Creations plastic tubes for my Outlaw, but it was not to be. I assume he's just too big to fit in their tubes! Outlaw came packed in a simple plastic bag labeled with the Vixen Creations logo and accompanying information. I suppose it could be used for storage if you were determined to keep it, but a ziplock would do just as well.
