It was so strong in fact that I couldn't use it, so I let it air out for three days. During that time, I had it in a drawer and my entire room smelled of fruit and rubber. The toy has an extremely lifelike feel. With its soft pulled back, molded foreskin to its hard, interior core, the realistic feels a lot like the real thing. My only complaint is that the head of this toy is not a different shade of brown. While the picture makes it appear pinkish mine is the same color as the shaft, which is a little less realistic. The entire shaft is veined and captures every wrinkle of the foreskin adding sensation. The testicles themselves are very wrinkled and slightly lopsided for a very realistic appeal.

While this toy has a strong odor it has only a slight rubber taste, which is a plus. When I put it in my mouth I was worried that it would taste horrible, but it was bearable. Even so, if you want to suck on it, I would suggest adding a flavored lube which really masks the rubber taste.

The Realistic is 7 inches long with about 6 1/2 being insertable length but if you maneuver it just right you might be able to get more inside. Between the head and the pulled down foreskin is a gully with a depth of about 1/8 of an inch. Finally, the testicles hang down about 3 inches and are 2 1/2 inches thick, plenty to hold onto. The only problem is they are not too squishy. More of a handle than anything.
