The Cadillac of Silicone Strap-on Dildos
The Leo is a great starting place if you are new to dildos, particularly those of the strap-on variety. However, both beginners and pros can't go wrong with this baby. They call it a standard for a reason!

Pros
100% silicone, fantastic semi-realistic design, filling but not painfully large.
Cons
Let me know if you find any!
I actually got this toy as a gift, and mine was pink not purple (the Pink Ribbon addition). Which is just another reason to love Vixen; they care about crafting some of the highest quality silicone toys in the biz, sure, but they're also helping out in places beyond the bedroom, such as labs that research treatments and cures for breast cancer. Not bad, right? You'd be hard pressed to find too many bad things to say about this company.
You're also not going to have an easy time trashing their products, either. The Leo is what's called a standard, and with good reason. It is a perfect fit (quite literally) for those with a moderately big appetite when it comes to dildos. With about 7 inches of insertable length, and just a hair more than 1.5 inches wide, this dildo strikes a delicious balance between Vixen's behemoth VixSkin Randy and their more modest Mistress. In addition to the happy medium this toy reaches with its size, it also creates lovely harmony between realistic phallic design with whimsical abstraction. A firm chiseled head that induces tummy butterflies upon insertion is balanced nicely by a non-realistic texture (very smooth) and plenty of fun colors to choose from. This is a great toy for those of us that are a little turned off by vein-riddled true-to-life dildos, but do enjoy the sensation of a distinguished head.
This toy is a strap-on standard, and for anyone looking for a first dildo to try with a harness, I would highly recommend this one. It's a classic! The broad base locks snugly into your O-ring and even has a shallow suction cup to help it stay in place. This one is a keeper, and with proper care, it can last you a lifetime. The Leo is made of silicone so it is NOT porous, which means condoms are not a must. All that is required to keep it clean is a post-coital scrub down with a little antibacterial soap and warm water --just make sure you rinse it thoroughly! One caveat: DO NOT use a silicone based lubricant on this toy! Silicone lubricants have a tendency to bond to many silicone toys, with essentially means it attaches itself to the toy and turns into a sticky, gummy mess. I accidentally grabbed the wrong bottle one night and spent the next morning angsting over the clean-up job.

Follow-up commentary
3 months after original review
This is still my favorite dildo for when I'm in the mood for something filling. It is (after some warming up, of course) my go-to for strapping on and pegging with, and it's also at the top of my Most Recommended Dildos List (yes, I have a list).
