The Tantus O2 Revolution is amazing in almost every aspect. If you are looking for something large and satisfying look no further. The O2 keeps giving, and is just as satisfying for the giver as it is for the receiver, which is always an added bonus. But beware, this not for beginners. It is truly a giant.

Pros
Materials, dual density, pureskin, appearance, almost everything.
Cons
Small base, very large size (for me, my wife see this as a pro!).
The Tantus O2 Revolution is definitely on the large side, especially for beginners or those who prefer smaller toys. In most cases I would say that those new to the world of dildos would find this a bit too wide and long to start out with.
Because of its size, I would also not recommend it for anal play unless you are very experienced in that department already.
But if you are looking for something large and filling, you have found your toy. It has a flared base which makes it compatible with harnesses, and it is certainly fun when used with them.
The O2 Revolution is amazing in the materials department.
It is made from "100% Ultra-Premium Platinum Silicone". In other words, a very high grade of silicone. This makes the O2 hypoallergenic, phthalates-free, non-toxic, and of course easy to sterilize as it is non-porous.
Aside from the high quality of the material, the feel of this toy is wonderful. It is dual density, which means there is a firm core surrounded by a soft and comfortable outer layer. The head is particularly soft, making for easier insertion, and the dual density creates a realistic feel. Honestly, after feeling this toy, I don't think I would ever invest in another toy that isn't dual density.
This toy also boasts Tantus's Pureskin. While it is not quite as realistic as cyberskin or some other skin-like materials, the Pureskin is still really nice. It is soft and not quite as a sticky as other silicone toys can be. Once it is lubed up it stays nice and slick.
And, of course, it is taste and odor free!
With all this realism, you might expect this to be a typical fleshy dildo. But Tantus has even taken the time to think about an artful appearance. While this may be a let down to those looking for something that both feels and looks like the real thing, this great news for those of us who like our dildos to be functional and pretty. The coloration is gorgeous. I can see why the blue one is called Revolution Ice. The color variants and blends make it almost look glacial.
The design of this toy is rather simple, but there is nothing wrong with sticking to the basics.
The head is the widest part of the toy, measuring in at slightly over 2 inches at its widest point. The shaft tapers off to approximately 1.5 inches. The overall length is 7.5 inches from tip to base.
The O2 also has "veins" along the sides, which create small soft ridges for stimulation. This adds to the realistic feel created by this toy.
The only small problem I have with the design of this toy is the size of the base. The base is only slightly over 2 inches across, which means it is just a little bit too small to be used with a 2 inch O-Ring. This means you need to move down a size to the 1.5 inch O-Ring. The O2 is held perfectly in place this way.
However, it is hard to slide on. Because the head is so large, you have to thoroughly lube the O-Ring before attempting to place it on the toy. Then once the O-Ring is sitting at the base, you can snap it into the harness. This may also create problems for people who own a harness that does not allow for interchangeable O-Rings.
The O2 Revolution does great in the performance department. I was primarily the giver with this toy, and used it with the Aslan Cherry Jaguar harness. The weight of the toy helps create constant pressure and stimulation for your clit. The firm core makes it easy to wield and control, while the soft outer layer creates an amazing feel. There is something about this toy that allows both the giver and receiver to feel every thrust and clench.
When I was the receiver, I found the texture and feel of the O2 extremely comfortable. Although I could only take about half of the toy due to its girth and length, I was definitely able to understand why my wife enjoys it so much. I wish Tantus would release a smaller version of the O2, because right now I am a little bit jealous.
My wife, on the other hand, was able to take this toy in several positions despite of its size. She credits this to dual density design. Even though it takes her a little while to warm up to it, once she does we are good to go.
This toy is easy to take care of, just like most 100% Silicone toys are.
Basic clean up is as simple as washing it down with anti-bacterial soap and warm water. If you need a deeper cleansing, the O2 is bleachable and boilable. It is recommended that you boil the toy for approximately 3 minutes to sterilize it. This is usually recommended when switching between anal and vaginal use, or using it with different partners.
Now, onto lubes. Silicone toys are incompatible with silicone lubes. Do NOT mix the two. It will destroy the toy. Use only water based lubes with this toy.
Other than that, keep it in a safe place. I use the box it came in to keep it free from lint. Even though it is not sticky, it can still pick up lint.
The Tantus O2 Revolution comes in a nice plastic box, which contains information about the company and materials used for the product. It also lists the company's website which contains care instructions.
I use the box to store the O2 when it is not in use to keep it free from lint and dust.
During our first experience with this toy, my wife and I used Liquid Silk as our lube. At that time we did not realize that Liquid Silk does contain a small amount of silicone. However, we had no negative outcome with this combination. I would suggest doing a test patch if you are thinking of using the same. We may have just gotten lucky, so I am not recommending it. I am just stating that we had no problems.
Also, the O2 Revolution did fall out of the Aslan Harness (when it was equipped with the 2 inch O-Ring) during a vigorous session. The problem has been completely fixed by switching to the 1.5 inch O-Ring. So be sure to have one on hand if you plan on using this with a harness. And be sure to lube the ring, don't just force it over the head of the shaft. We have had absolutely no problems since.
Follow-up commentaryI still like it1 month after original review
Well, we still love this Blue Behemoth, and I don't see that changing any time in the near future. Because of its large size we have supplemented our strap-on play with other, smaller, toys as well. But when the urge for something large strikes the O2 Revolution will always be the first toy we reach for.
