This is NOT phtalate-free from what I believe. I wrote to Doc Johnson several times and they said that "non phtalate" means: "Non-phthalate means the product itself is made phthalate-free, however, it's possible that it could leach phthalates from outside sources, such as the packaging."
And as far as I know this dilso is "non phtalate" and not "phtalate free"!
