This strap-on has a very basic thong design with adjustable snaps at the crotch that you would set and forget about, and then a single band that goes around your waist/hips. The best way to put it on is to secure the Velcro waist band, approximating your size, then slip into it and adjust if necessary.

It can be tough to adjust by yourself when you're wearing it, so pre-fastening it and slipping it on helps with this. Alternatively, you could get it fitted with a partner's help, leave it Velcroed, and then just slip it on an off when you use it.

Most importantly, this strap-on does not truly function for up to 44-inch hips, because of a design flaw I describe in detail below. Only those wearing a size 8 or smaller can realistically use this strap-on.

This harness is designed with comfort in mind, as only a soft nylon pouch, soft elastic, and the soft part of the Velcro touches your skin. The rough Velcro part is designed to face outside and does not come into contact with the wearer's skin.

Because of very poor design, my version of this strap-on actually broke after a single try-on session. I was stretching it out, playing with the fabric, seeing how it worked, trying it on, and I noticed that the soft Velcro sewn on to the elastic came detached in one part. It makes sense that the elastic stretching with the non-stretching Velcro sewn on to it would cause the two to separate. Still, I was surprised that it happened so quickly.

After examining it more closely, I saw that this product was really only designed to stretch max up to 4.5 or 5 inches given that there is only a 2.5 inch patch of pure elastic on either side, which doubles in size when pulled to the max. The rest of the elastic is sewn to non-elastic Velcro strips, and they will come apart if the elastic sewn to the Velcro is forced to stretch.

Given this, I would guesstimate that only somebody with a 29-30inch waist/hips, or a size 8, would be able to use this without breaking the elastic like I did.

It is still functional on me, but I know it will eventually break completely.

Despite the problems described above, it is very comfortable to wear. I'm closer to a size 16 myself, and I wore it on the lower hips, and the elastic straps were rather stretched, but still comfortable. I imagine it would be even more comfortable on somebody with a smaller body and less pressure on the elastic straps.

The dildo enters the elastic O-ring from behind the pouch, and then the nylon pouch fabric folds over the base, so the base doesn't touch the wearer's skin directly--another nice touch in the name of comfort. I used it with a dildo from the same brand, which fit perfectly, but most dildos up to 2 or 2.5 inches would fit well, as it stretches, unless they are less than 1.5 inches wide.

When it's all on, the dildo swings a bit, given the way it's attached. Some people might like this, and you still have sufficient control when you use it. The only danger is that it might detach; the Velcro is pretty strong, but this is always a danger. I was able to use it for a short session without any problems, but I think only somebody with a smaller body will ever be able to make this harness work in the long term.

It's comfortable, and I can see a smaller person using this for packing, given the more natural fit. (See above for an explanation of why the product does not work well for larger people.)

You can wash it like laundry, but by hand, and air dry because the washer and dryer will damage the elastic and make it break down.
