Sometimes Your First Love Is The Best Love
Getting the ASLAN Jaguar was like marrying my high school sweetheart, except our affair didn't rapidly degenerate into misery after several unplanned children and lay-offs. On the contrary, we've stayed together happily, and monogamously I might add, for quite some time and I have no need or desire to ever go elsewhere. It's one of those "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" deals. I think I've met my harness life partner.

Pros
Soft and comfortable, incredibly sexy design, holds toys snugly in place.
Cons
Does not accommodate smaller O rings, tons of excess strap material if you're a smaller girl.
I'll get right to it. First the bad news, which is minimal. The snaps that lock the O ring into place are not adjustable and do not accommodate smaller sized O rings. Smaller O rings will cause the leather around the opening to "pucker" or scrunch up, which can be uncomfortable for the wearer. The O rings themselves will also experience stress as they are being stretched. If you know that you are going to be using this will smaller dildos, then this is a point to consider seriously. I will say, however, that I have not had a problem with smaller dildos like my Mistress. I was skeptical, but I tried using this toy with the larger O Ring that it comes with and was pleased to find that it did not budge a bit. As long as I strap in tightly I have no problems. Unfortunately, I can't guarantee that other buyers will not have trouble with other dildos.
Another slight bummer was that as a petite girl, I had a lot of left-over strap dangling off my butt. However, this problem can easily be fixed by trimming the straps, which I did. I haven't had any problems with the stitching coming undone as a result, but if I ever did, the leather is very soft. For this reason I could probably do the stitch repairing myself. On the up side of things, these longer straps will make for a very comfortable ride for bigger ladies and gents. It can comfortably fit wearers of up to 42" inch waists.
Which brings me to what I love about the Jaguar, which is everything else about it. I've already mentioned that it's a tremendously snug and supportive harness. I was awe struck because it looks so teeny and sexy that I figured the catch would be less support. This is absolutely untrue. Thrust away with your partner(s) without the inconvenience of mid-thrust adjustment! The initial buckling does take a little longer than say, pulling on a pair of boxer briefs, but the time is well worth it. After a while you start whittling down 120 seconds of prep to 30 due to practice, anyway. The trick for me has been only unbuckling one side when I remove it, so it's one less strap to adjust when I return to it.
The buckles also allow you to wear the harness high up around your hips or low-slung. The opening for the dildo is also lower than other harnesses I looked at which is good news for those with sensitive anatomy. The thrusting is every bit as pleasurable for the wearer, with or without a double-sided dildo, due to the pressure of the cock in this position. I haven't yet invested in a double ended dildo for the harness, as I remain unconvinced that I would be able to concentrate on fucking someone else if I were being fucked at the same time. If you haven't guessed, 69ing is also officially off the table for me. But I remain confident that if I ever conquer my sexual ADD that the Jaguar will be able to deliver. The low dildo positioning makes the prospect of something like a Nexus that much more promising.
Finally, the Jock Style. While I was a little bummed (pun intended) that my Jaguar wasn't a thong harness, I quickly realized why the dual rear strap design was INFINITELY preferable. When I tire of having my lover suck my cock during our warm up, I am able to face-sit and receive oral WHILE wearing the harness. Not bad, right? In addition, the dual straps are movable, so a wearer can adjust the straps to create a G-string effect. But nix the G-string thing and try the face-sitting. INCREDIBLE.
The ASLAN Leather Jaguar harness is made of a very durable finished leather. This means you don't have to go crazy being delicate with it, but you should take a certain amount of care if you want it to last you! Clean-up is a snap: break out the O ring and wash in with antibacterial soap and warm water. You should do the same with the rest of the harness, except that when washing the leather you should not rinse it. Moisten it a bit, lather a squirt of soap in with your fingertips, and wipe the leather clean with a damp washcloth. Q-tips make cleaning lube out of hard to reach places (the snaps, for example) a lot easier so I highly recommend them. When the leather is completely dry, if you REALLY want to give your harness some extra TLC you can use a leather conditioner. OILS LIKE MINK OIL ARE NOT NECESSARY BECAUSE THE LEATHER IS FINISHED.

Jaguar or Minx with Lonestar? | 4 |
Thank you for viewing Jaguar – strap on harness review page!
We only just got the chin harness two days ago, and so far so good... but I'll be posting a full review of it in the next week. I'll be sure to keep you posted, and let you know when I do.
Is this a harness you would highly recommend for use with a double ended like the nexus or share?
