Sex accessory or exercise equipment?
This is a great accessory on it's own but with a little creativity, it can open up all kinds of new possibilities. This is easily my favorite toy/accessory.

Pros
Perfect for solo play. Can be used on pillows, people, chairs, exercise balls...
Cons
none
This is the most useful accessory that I have found for solo play. It can be strapped to anything from a pillow, to a chair, to my personal favorite, one of those exercise balls. It allows you to bounce and grind and not have to worry about how to keep your dildo in place.
The package comes with four nylon straps, three different size rings and a nice silicone dildo. The harness came already assembled so I didn't have to worry about figuring out all of the straps and rings. There are snaps on one end of the straps for easy swapping of the rings. I found the bigger one works well with most dildos (even the smaller ones) so there is minimal need to swap out.
The dildo is the Sportsheets Sedeux Skyn not the acute listed in the description. It's a nice wine color and it the perfect shape for g-spot stimulation. It's a pleasant size and has a nice smooth texture. There weren't any strange smells when I unpacked it. Being silicone, it's easy to clean either by boiling or wiping with a mild bleach solution. It can't be used with silicone based lubricants but I've always stuck to the water based lubes anyway.
The Chest harness is made of nylon which can easily be wiped down or washed with antibacterial soap and water.
The first thing I did was try it on my pillows. I wrapped it around and pulled the straps tight. When I slid down onto the dildo the first thing I noticed was that the ring was freaking cold. It wasn't an unpleasant surprise but my brain didn't click to warm up the ring first. I spent the next half hour making love to my pillows never once worrying about whether the dildo was going to fall over or come up with me when I was bouncing.
A few days later, I got the idea to wrap the straps around my exercise ball (the inflatable kind used for core training). Once I got the straps snug and the dildo firmly in place, I spent the rest of the afternoon trying new positions. I could sit on the ball on a small dildo and watch TV or use the computer. I could rock on it and stimulate my g-spot. But my favorite was laying on my back and using the ball to fuck myself. I put my legs on or around the ball and used them to rock it back and forth. With both legs on top of the ball I could get deep. With them around the ball I could hit my g-spot with shallow quick thrusts.
This has easily become my favorite sex toy/accessory. It's versatile and gives a whole new degree of freedom with solo sex.

Experience
I didn't realize it at the time, but when I was on my back I was actually doing toning exercises while shagging myself silly. My calves, thighs, abs and hip muscles were all sore the next day. I did it quite a bit over the next few weeks (did I mention it was my favorite) and could notice a difference in the muscle tone in my thighs, hips and lower abs. Exercise has become fun
I can also attach toning bands to the rings and do some resistance training when I'm not shagging it. It really does have many uses.

Thank you for viewing Chest harness and dildo set – dildo harness review page!
I recently discovered a hot way to attach my bandit dildo to the easy access neoprene restraint spreader bar with string. All limbs restrained, spread open, and ready to thrust a nice dildo. Very hot!
