Tantus' dual density Luke is a girthy and realistic toy. He has all the great perks of silicone like being hypoallergenic and sterilizible. There is a definite realistic sensation to his dual density, but he still seemed really firm compared to a flesh and blood model. Overall, Luke is a great toy; I just wasn't sold on his softer outer layer.

Pros
Nice subtle textures Realistic Girthy
Cons
Very firm for dual density May be too girthy for some Very straight
Luke is one of Tantus' O2 line which are all dual density dildos. Dual density dildos have a firm inner core and a softer outer layer which mimics the penis. Luke is on the firmer side of what I consider realistic, but he is still a fantastic toy.
Luke is best suited for internal use, he can be used to tease external areas, but he lacks vibrations, so it isn't his strong suit. He is safe for vaginal and anal use if you are brave enough to try his girth. He includes testicles which make for a very safe base to prevent the toy being pulled inside the body during anal play.
Luke is a great addition to any girth lovers collection. He looks quite nice in mine!
As I have touched on, dual density toy like Luke are made by creation an inner core of a firm silicone and then adding on a softer outer skin. The outer skin moves over the inner core much like skin moves over erectile tissue in a real penis.
Luke has veins, ridges, and all the other subtle textures of a real penis. None of them were specifically noticeable, but they did add to the realistic sensation. The testicles have an interesting "skin" ridge where they connect to the shaft that I have never seen on a dildo, but have seen on a biological model with an erection lots of times that I felt was a nice touch.
Luke's head is nnoticeably softer and made up of only the softer silicone. I actually liked this a lot because I could be more vigorous with him without hurting my cervix.
Luke came with no tastes or odors, nor does he retain any.
Luke is absolutely realistic. Veins on the shaft, ridges for the head, and skin on the sac all make up all the little details that truly make this realistic. I got the black one because I prefer my toys not to be skin tone, and the black is true black. That is the only thing that makes this unrealistic, but it does come in skin tones if you prefer them.
This is a girthy toy. I love girth so the 6" circumference was fantastic for me. It is a great size because I don't need a warm up and I feel filled. It's the best of both worlds.
Luke is 7" long, but only about 5.75" is actually insert able. This was nice, but a tad short for my preferences.
There is nothing discreet about Luke. I guess he doesn't make noise, so that is one thing, but all joking aside, this is not a toy to leave out when you have company over. Luke also is a pretty large chunk of silicone, so travel isn't super easy unless you've got a suitcase.
Luke was an almost perfect but not quite kind of toy for me. He was a tad too straight and a tad too firm, but will give him credit that he got me there. His very squishy head and straight shaft makes him not particularly well suited for g-spotting.
Luke is a solid dildo, so you won't have the option of vibrating functions with him. I tried holding a bullet to him, but the silicone he is made of doesn't transfer the vibrations well. He may not vibrate for you, but this at least means that he is completely safe to take with you on all of your aquatic adventures.
Luke doesn't have a suction cup, but because he has testicles, he can be used with a harness as long as you have one with a ring that accommodates his girth.
Silicone can only be used with water based lubricants and needs to be stored away from other toys. I can sew, so I made a little bag for this, but you can also purchase one or keep it in the original packaging.
As for cleaning this, the toy itself doesn't have too many deep crevices that make it hard to clean, but you will want to pay special attention to under the head and near the balls as fluids can build up there. I use a toy cleaner and warm water, but this can also be cleaned with soap and water, boiling it, throwing it in the top rack of the dishwasher, or wiping it with a 10% bleach solution.
Tantus packages their products in a clear box that you can see the you through. There is information about silicone and care on it, but it is flimsy and kind of large compared to the toy. When I got my first Tantus toy, I thought the packaging was modern and stylish, but after purchasing a lot more higher end toys, I honestly feel that Tantus' packaging is a bit skimpy. Just my feeling though.
Follow-up commentaryI still like it24 days after original review
Luke is growing on me. I miss that he lacks a curve, but I have found that sometimes how firm he is is actually what I am looking for.
