Not Worth It
You'd be better off making your own packer strap than buying this one. It'd be cheaper. It's a little disappointing, but if you are able to fix it up after buying it with a shoestring, you'll be fine.

Pros
Fits well, comfortable.
Cons
Bad design.
This strap is pretty basic - a little pocket attached to an elastic waistband. The pocket fits the 'balls' portion of a packer nicely and snugly, but there's nothing holding the top in. You may find after an hour or so of walking around that your little guy has disappeared. A little better design would have made this the perfect strap, but lack of attention to detail makes this not even close to worth the twenty dollars.
If you're into customizing your packer straps and have some cash to drop, I'd say go for it. It's pretty comfortable to wear. The elastic band is wide enough that it doesn't dig into the skin after a few hours like other straps out there, and it's soft enough to be kind for walking. The material of the pocket can get pretty nasty, but some scrubbing with a brush and water will make it alright again.
This strap is really not good for anything other than packing. It's only connected to the body by the one strap, which is too soft to really offer any stability. If you're really crafty you might be able to get this to function as a harness for a strap-on, but when I say really crafty, I mean that. The packing abilities are iffy at best, and that's about as far as it goes.
If you do go for this strap, try a smaller packer. I used it with the Mr. Limpy Small, and the heaviness of that product may contribute to the 'droopy' effect you'll get. With an Extra Small Mr. Limpy or even just a rolled up sock, this might better.
Anything heavier than a small packer will cause the strap to fall during the course of the day. If you're the type of person who has to do the pants-pull-up anyway, this isn't a big deal. Just beware that it's not very specific sizing-wise so you might get something a little big.
