Mixed Emotions
To be honest, I wouldn't necessarily say that the toy is worth the cost. If the toy was cheaper, I would say go for it, but at this price point, you could do better.

Pros
Good Firmness, Enjoyable texture
Cons
not strong enough suction cup, flimsy, floppy
When I bought the "Acute by Tantus," it was because I was looking for a dildo that had a suction cup base, wasn't overly realistic looking, and got the job done. What I got with this toy doesn't leave me completely fulfilled. Taken straight out of the package, the toy is very sticky and rubbery, like it needed to have baby powder dusted on it. It didn't smell weird or anything. It was like a jelly toy that was a little more resilient than actual jelly toys are. The silicone material was nice; it was smooth and felt natural when in use.
The colors of the toys are pretty fun. I have it in cobalt blue, but it also comes in midnight purple, pearled purple, and a white pearl as well.
Although the dildo is all silicone, there are some mild ridges along the shaft to add extra stimulation. I was pleased that these weren't too over the top and added more pleasure to the experience. Sometimes extra ridges can make for a difficult time. It is best to use a water-based lube with this toy and I also found it was easier to use a condom on the toy while using it.
The suction cup failed pretty dismally. It doesn't stay stuck to anything and when it does it doesn't last very long while suctioned. I had the idea to stick it to the shower wall and use it in conjunction with my waterproof clitoral vibrator but sadly it just didn't do the trick. It works OK as a hand held dildo. The silicone makes it a little floppy, or flimsy. If the dildo had a hard core to it, it may help the toy be less floppy.
Overall, I am not overly impressed with the "Acute by Tantus" and probably would not recommend it. I am still searching for a good suction cup based dildo.
