It's more of an anywhere harness...
This harness can be used on pretty much any household object or body part you desire. The different sized o-rings make it compatible with most any sized toy. It's pretty much a must-have accessory for everyone's collection.

Pros
Great price, versatility, sewn well, multiple o-ring sizes
Cons
Material may be itchy or chafe on some
My husband has been dying to try out a chest harness for a while. As the picture on the packaging suggests, he thought it would make oral sex more interesting. His hands would be free to wander and I could control the depth and speed of penetration. It took a little getting used to, but it has wound up being an awesome addition to our growing collection of sex toys.
This chest harness is manufactured by Sportsheets. Like the other products I've tried by them, it's very durable. It has a very basic design. There is a metal o-ring (about 1 1/2") with four nylon straps sewn onto it. Each strap has a plastic, "ladderlock" styled buckle sewn onto it. These buckles are typically used to adjust nylon straps on things like backpacks. There are four 35" nylon straps with metal snap buttons on one end. The other end of these straps slides into the buckles that are on sewn to the o-ring and can be adjusted to a comfortable length. After snapping the buttons around the other o-ring and sliding the other end of the strap through the buckles, you have about 32" of strap left. Double that and add one of the three o-rings that come with it, it gives you between 66-72" diagonally to work with. I'm sure this harness would fit a very wide range of chest sizes.
It comes with three o-rings. Two are metal, measuring 1 1/2" and 1 3/4". One is made of black rubber and measures 2", but it's stretchy so it will accommodate most of the larger sized dildos. I've used the Randy and the O2 with the largest o-ring and they don't come much thicker than that. You'll just need to make sure the toy you intend to use with this harness has a flared base for stability and ease of use. The o-rings can easily be swapped by unsnapping the metal buttons to remove the one you're currently using and then snapping them back around the one you want to use. Be careful not to twist or mix up the straps, which I found was easier to avoid if you worked with one strap at a time.
It comes with a dildo. Mine was a purple Skyn, which other reviewers received as well. The one in the picture appears to be the Acute, but the description does state the dildo may vary. I was pretty pleased with the alternate dildo because I already own an Acute and the Skyn was on my wishlist. It's about 6" long (5 1/2" insertable) and 1 3/8" in diameter. It fit inside the 1 3/4" o-ring just fine. It's a beautiful, marbled and dark purple color. It has a slight curve and bulbed head that hit the g-spot nicely. It's made of a firm but flexible silicone and has a flared base. It can be used anally or vaginally, just be sure to boil/bleach it between holes or use a condom with it.
For cleaning you can hand wash the harness and hang it up to dry. Nylon webbing is a very strong material and it's sewn well, but the plastic buckles might melt in the dryer. The metal snaps might rust as well. You may want to towel dry the snaps. The dildo can be cleaned the same way any other silicone dildo can be cleaned. For most basic uses just wash it with anti-bacterial soap and warm water or a commercial toy cleaner. To sanitize between partners or holes you want to boil it, soak it in a 10% bleach solution or run it through the dishwasher (top rack, no soap). If you're unable to be that thorough with your cleaning but you still want to share, use condoms. Avoid silicone based lubes with the dildo or you may damage the texture.

Experience
There is definitely a learning curve with using this for its intended purpose. You may not necessarily find yourself sitting on your partner's chest very often, so it's a new feeling that takes getting use to. I had this constant feeling that I was going to crush my husband's neck or chest. It took some experimenting and the help of the Ramp/Wedge to find positions that made us both feel comfortable.
I found it was helpful, and fun, to strap the harness to damn near everything in the house to get use to it. It can be strapped to chairs, pillows, the Liberator shapes, thighs, or just about anything you want. This helped get use to the idea and the feel of using a harnessed dildo that I had to work with. My husband also found it pleasurable for some of his anal toys to be harnessed and strapped to many of the same objects. Because the straps are removable and completely adjustable it makes it very versatile.
The only negative thing about the harness is the nylon webbing isn't very soft. It may get softer after several washes, but for now it's rough and can chafe or be uncomfortable to wear, particularly around the seaming.
