It's Certainly Perky
The Perk is a very firm silicone dildo manufactured by Happy Valley. A swirly silver color plus an abstractly designed head make this toy a winner.

Pros
Pure silicone, swirly metallic silver color, and unique bullet compartment.
Cons
Bullet may get stuck.
The Perk, which I would say could be used by anyone from a beginner on up, is a slightly curved silicone dildo that's 6.5 inches long and 1.5 inches in diameter. It's realistically sized, but the gorgeous metallic silver color and the abstract head make it most certainly not realistic-looking. There's a hole in the base to use the included bullet to turn the Perk into a vibrating dildo.
The Perk comes packaged in a plastic bag. That's it. I like minimal packaging because it means there's less waste to throw away, but it does mean that the packaging isn't really useful even for temporary storage. I keep the Perk in a Ziploc bag; although, you could probably store it without a bag if you were careful, since Happy Valley silicone does not seem to attract as much lint as other brands of silicone.
One of the things I really like about the Perk is the head. I am not the hugest fan of very defined heads on dildos. The Perk's head is more abstract: you can still tell it's there and it still hits the g-spot, but not so dramatic as to make insertion and removal difficult of painful. One of the other nice things is that the Perk feels a little bit more filling than other dildos of a similar size, since the silicone is so firm and has so little give to it. It's still a manageable size and I think it could successfully be used as a first-time vaginal toy as well as be enjoyed by more advanced users. It does have a base and is anal-safe.
Now, the bullet compartment. The hole at the base is about twice as wide as the bullet itself; but, about two inches in, the hole narrows and gets ridged. These ridges hold the bottom of the bullet in place, theoretically allowing your fingers space to retrieve the bullet. Theoretically. You probably want to apply a drop of lube to the bullet anyway, because the extra space really isn't enough to make getting the bullet out any easier. Come to think of it, though, the extra space you get makes pliers a viable option. The ridges (which unfortunately are too deep inside to show on the video) do a very good job of holding the bullet in place and hold it far enough inside that you can put the Perk down upright while it's inside.
Care for silicone is easy: wash it with antibacterial soap and water or toy cleaner, or sterilize it (10% bleach solution, top rack of the soapless dishwasher, boil for three minutes). You just want to make sure you take the bullet out first, because no one wants a ruined bullet.
All in all, the only complaint I had about the Perk was that the initial opening for the bullet at the base; despite the efforts of the designers, still wasn't quite wide enough for easy bullet removal. To me, that's not enough of a complaint to take any stars away, because there's nothing else to complain about. It's a solidly-performing toy and I recommend it to everyone.

Thanks for the great review.
@ScottA Yes, exactly. The bullet is seated far enough back that it would be pretty hard to bump it during use.
