Buy this toy if you're not looking for a realistic looking dildo. Buy this toy if you haven't yet found a harness that doesn't loosen up at unwanted times. Buy this toy if your partner can't take a lot of girth but loves g-spot stimulation. Don't buy this toy if you have sensitive skin and the thought of rug burns from nylon on your back and thighs scares you.
This was the first dildo and harness my girl and I bought together. We had tried various other combinations with previous partners, but this was the first one for just the two of us.
I think this product is great for beginners or for couples just dabbling in strap-on sex. While it was worked for the intended use, we've since found many more comfortable harnesses.
Honestly, for the price, it's not a bad first-timer, but you may find yourself wanting more after a few uses.
The material of the dildo is listed as PVC. It's a very plastic-like feeling toy. Water based lube still works great on it, but it has a very unrealistic feel to it. I think the main reason why we weren't big fans of the dildo is because of the lack of girth it features, but also because of the material and overall shape.
The harness does the job that a harness should do, in that it holds the dildo quite well, even during rough play. Unfortunately, the nylon straps can easily cause rug burn like abrasions on the wearers skin. The plastic adjustment pieces worked well and did not allow the material to slip, but the nylon can still be quite uncomfortable.
The neoprene area that holds the o-ring for the dildo was much more comfortable than its counterparts. It features a little pocket that can hold a bullet vibrator. We tried this a few times, but just didn't seem to hit the right spot.
I love this design of the harness. The other harnesses types I've tried (thong style, panties) either miss on comfort or control when it comes down to any fast or rough thrusting.
The straps, plastic adjustment pieces, and neoprene front never had functionality problems. Nothing ever tore, ripped, frayed or anything of the sort. It seems to be quite well made and gets the job done, but the nylon straps are quite uncomfortable after prolonged us.
Fortunately for us, after we found that this dildo didn't meet our needs, we could still use the harness for other dildos that were more appealing to us. The snaps easily accommodated both rubber and stainless steel o-rings of different sizes.
This harness can facilitate various sizes and shapes of wearers. I'd say the harness could go from size 0 to 20 in women's sizes. I had plenty of strap left over and actually considered cutting the excess, but instead ended up getting a harness that better met my needs. Again, my complaints about this product only revolve around the material used for the straps, and not the versatility of if of the harness.
I did pack once with this harness, but the nylon straps again were too uncomfortable to wear for a prolonged period of time and I ended up taking it off after about 2 hours.
This harness did its job. When I was using it in the missionary position, I was able to adjust the straps to fit snugly on my thighs and butt. When my lady decided to ride it out, I was able to loosen the straps a bit to facilitate the laying position. The plastic adjustment pieces absolutely do their job to tighten as loosen only when you want them to.
In terms of securing dildos within the o-ring attached to the harness, it was very easy since the straps come through the neoprene front.
Again, the nylon straps made this harness quite uncomfortable for me to wear for extended periods of time and during rough sex. The straps naturally rub against the skin when being moved at all, so it's almost impossible to prevent the rug burn like effect.
As I mentioned, I did pack with this harness and dildo once. Besides the discomfort of the straps, the dildo itself did not make me feel powerful like some other dildos do. This dildo is very skinny and curves up. It doesn't look realistic, even under a pair of jeans.
I'm sure this harness would work in the water, but could be rendered useless after if the snaps that hold the o-ring in start to rust.
I never found any real reason to need to clean this harness, but I'm sure the neoprene area could be removed and thrown in the washing machine on a delicate cycle.
The dildo was quite easy to clean. We used warm water to rinse it, then toy cleaner, then rinsed again. There aren't many ridges for lube or other substances to get stuck in, so it's quite a breeze to clean.
This harness and dildo were packaged in a pretty simple box. I have to add that the woman on the front was wearing a tacky gold bikini top, but that's just my inner fashion snob talking. No instructions were included, but the product is quite self explanatory.
I honestly think this was a good first time purchase for my lady and I, and it got the job done. The price was right and we weren't yet sure of what we really liked. But maybe now that I'm a bit older, I want some more comfort when it comes to getting down and dirty in the sheets.
The dildo doesn't fit the specifications of what my girl and I consider the perfect dildo, but to each their own. My girl really enjoyed the curve of this dildo, but the material and lack of girth offered weighed in more heavily than the g-spot action.
Although it seems silly now, after years of filthy strap-on sex with each other, the first time we used this dildo and harness proved to be a bit awkward. I think she was apprehensive to show me what she really like (rough, nasty sex) and I was nervous that I'd be too rough with her. Funny how that works, huh?
After a few more tries with this, we both felt much more comfortable and used this harness and strap-on quite a bit. Both the dildo and harness have since been retired, but I guess they can always be used in the case of an emergency.
Follow-up commentaryI still don't like it6 months after original review
It still rubs and is quite uncomfortable. It's definitely one we keep in the box in case we're ever in a pinch, but it hasn't come out to play in a very long time.
