The 2" wide nylon waist straps have Velcro that adjusts securely to fit almost any size body, if you get the appropriate size A or B. Then to make sure it stays put there is a 1/2" strap on the waist band that cinches to make sure that while you are having fun the harness will not slip around or dig into your body.

After receiving the harness I could not wait to try it out. So with the help of my boyfriend we slipped it over my slacks, pretty much like stepping into a pair of panties, & were able to get the adjustments set pretty quickly. The waist with the Velcro closure was easy with help, but I have been able to do it alone since the 1st few times wearing it.
