Feel the Echoes

You know that feeling you get at the moment of penetration, when you feel that sort of "pop"? Tantus took that idea and created a dildo that lets you feel it over and over and over, and they've done it marvelously.
Published:
Pros
Pronounced texture, high-quality material, bullet hole in base.
Cons
Doesn't stand up well, you can't thrust really quickly with it.

Use

I am a fiend for texture and ridges are my favorite kind, so the Echo is one of my favorites. It's just the right size for its texture; because I think any bigger dildo with this amount of ridges would feel too big. I don't go crazy thrusting with it, or I'm pretty sure it would just be uncomfortable, but I sort of slide it in and out and feel the ridges pop into me. I'd hesitate to use this anally, but if you like texture there, too, go for it.

Material / Texture

The Echo is made of Tantus's platinum-cured silicone, so it's non-porous, has no smell or harmful chemicals, and is very, very solid. It's firm and rigid, and that combined with the texture means you should probably take it slow unless you're really experienced with textured toys, or you might cause yourself some discomfort.

Design / Shape / Size

This design is fantastic. The ridges are awesome for stimulating the vaginal opening, and the size is just right to let me feel every ridge on the toy. The base is rather small, so it doesn't stand up very steadily, but it is harness-compatible. There's also a hole in the bottom that can hold a bullet vibrator, and it makes the shaft a little more flexible than I'd like, but it's nice to stick my Tango or a bullet in there, because the vibrations carry well.

Performance

The only qualm I have with the Echo is the abovementioned small base and bullet hole making the shaft soft, but sometimes I use the bullet hole as a place to put my fingertip to get a better grip on the toy. Other than that, the Echo is awesome, and it has one of the most awesome textures I've ever felt.

Care and Maintenance

The Echo is 100% silicone, so it can be cleaned with either soap and water or toy cleaner, or you can sterilize it by boiling it or wiping it down with a 10% bleach solution. I'd recommend really getting between the ridges while you're cleaning it, or dirt and gunk is likely to get stuck there. Also, it picks up even more lint than some of my other silicone toys, so I'd recommend storing it in plastic to keep the lint to a minimum, and cleaning it before use to get the dust off.

Great review! The Little Chroma fits in the bullet hole, which in addition to adding vibration also works as a handle. That's how I solved the thin base issue with mine, and there are plenty of vibes that are similar in size, because of the width of a AA battery.

I know what you're saying about the "pop." This looks like the perfect toy -- with the ridges. But I'm thinking it may be a little too big for me. What are the measurements exactly? It's lovely though! Thanks for sharing.
